Google5 star service from Sasha he went all out to ensure he explained everything in detail to me, took some amazing pictures of my house and gave me excellent advice, he came across as friendly and knowledgable and was actively willing to listen to us and answer any questions we had thank you so much!! And Deana the mortgage advisor was amazing to 5 stars for her for service too she was So knowledgable friendly and attentive. Aarons service was poor, he was the only thing that let the experience down by the rushing on the phone call and false information in relation to the home visit/ and it being a mortgage broker appointment too, which was disappointing as we booked a day off and he just seemed confused with everything he said such as the weeks to book appointments and dates and it felt like in that perspective we were let down.
