GoogleFrom initial contact to today, both Emma Flowers (Branch Manager) and Kierah Hudson (Senior Negotiator) have gone above and beyond to successfully find a good tenant for our rental property in the Nightingale Quarter. The development is large with many properties coming onto the rental market at the same time; however, both Emma and Kierah somehow managed to secure a tenant quickly, thus avoiding prolonged void periods. It is not only their success in what they do that speaks volumes but I have found that they are the most responsive and personable agents in the area (I contacted many alternatives before choosing Haart). They are based locally, understand the landscape, and seem to do their utmost to work for you. I would highly recommend Haart Derby to any landlord.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Oven was broken for over 2 months and never fixed so we moved out of the property. Really poor communication from everyone, they never fight for the tenant.

We are sorry to read your review. We understand you moved out last October and this matter has been resolved. We arranged the delivery of a replacement oven however, none of the tenants was in when the delivery arrived and the oven was returned to the warehouse. There has a delay by the merchant rearranging the delivery of the appliance.
