While I understand many people are happy with haart, our experience has been bad. They scheduled appointments without asking us first, they set them 15 minutes apart, which is definitely not enough for a proper viewing, we asked to cancel the contract while in the cool down period and were told we would be still asked to pay the fees because we couldn't "prove or disprove that any buyer was not introduced by them". The branch manager has not been polite or professional in our conversations. The problem is that they are amongst the most expensive in town, so you'd definitely expect something better. If you still go with them I can only wish you good luck!

My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home together. Being very new to the process, we were anxious and didn’t know what to expect. We found a home with Haart and, from the get go, have been really happy with our experience so far. They’ve been extremely good at communicating with us and providing us with updates. They’ve been quick to answer our queries and have made us feel less anxious yet more relaxed. A special mention goes to Tom Wood who’s been our Residential Sales Consultant. The team at Derby seem great but it’s mostly him who we’ve had contact with so we can only thank him for getting us to the stage we’re at. He’s been professional, friendly, very helpful and reassuring, which is exactly what we needed!
