GoogleA huge thank you to Sam and all the team at Haart Derby! We had a complicated process in purchasing a new home for our parents, due to lease conditions etc, but with the support from Haart we go there in the end. The team were responsive , supportive and helped us to push along all the relevant parties so that last week (Mar 9th) Mum and Dad moved into their new home. Always difficult with aging parents but couldn't have worked out any better in the end. Thanks to all the team

GoogleUsing Haart has removed the need for me to have to think about what I need to do to sell a house. By using Haart to sell the house there service entitles me to have access to their wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly their contacts. When I instructed Haart to sell the house I was told this would happen very quickly, very true to their word Haart used their vast network of contacts and found me a buyer almost immediately. A special mention to Ben Waters, who undoubtedly is a real professional and a huge ambassador for the Derby branch, he’s kept me so well informed of progress and next steps with regular phone calls and emails using clear messaging and no complicated jargon. On the few occasions I have had to call the office, other colleagues such as Julie or Sam have been able to answer my questions - this makes me feel the whole Derby office have an interest in selling my property and are kept well informed of the stage the sale is at. GoogleClaire from the Derby branch worked her miracle to sort a major issue out for me. She quickly got down to business, she took the time to understand the issue by paying attention to detail, prompt communication, and excellent listening skills. She did what she said she would do, no games no nonsense. A mature outlook on problem solving, calm and fair. At times patience was wearing thin on all sides but she persevered and got the result we needed. A splendid outcome. Thanks for sticking it out with me Claire! Superb!
