GoogleOverall an amazing process for renting a property. No issues over the phone for booking a viewing and a very quick process. From viewing to living in the property took less than a week including weekend. Great team of individuals and response quick on emails and phone calls. Credit to Euan for being very efficient.

GoogleFrom start to completion everything was handled professionally I was kept well informed throughout the transaction. Any questions raised were expedited efficiently and in a timely manner. The team carried out all viewings on the property and there were many viewings ! An offer was made that exceeded my expectations and thorough checks were carried out to ensure the buyer was financially viable. My experience throughout was 5 star. I will definitely recommend Frank Innes to friends and family and if the need arises I will definitely use them myself when needed again !
