Finally! The long awaited home hunting for the family has already been solved. Looking for a house these days are very challenging, especially if you are looking specifically that will suit for the family. Jessica and the team at Frank innes were amazing from start to finish. Luke visited the property to conduct the valuation ,he was straight to the point no sales pitch, I knew exactly what I would be signing up for and what the fees would be. Jessica and the rest of the team were brilliant they organised viewings galour and I couldn't ask for better service. I decided to use the In house solicitors ,again they were amazing. Louise the solicitor didn't contact me unless it was absolutely necessary and any issues that did arise she sorted before I knew about them. All in all if I could give 10 stars I would. Frank Innes is the best letting agency ever in the UK. I have had the most perfect experience when I just moved houses with them. They are very professional, kind, co-operative, honest and caring about their customers. Olivia is a STAR she managed everything in very high standards and with consideration to my time frame as I work full time and it is not that easy for me to schedule appointments. Olivia sorted everything without putting any burden on my back. When I got the keys of my new house, it was amazing and just few hours afterwards I was surprised with a message from Tili, the Frank Innes e-assistant that has set everything regarding the house move with the Council, water company and power supply. Frank Innes were fantastic in helping me move house. My purchase moved incredibly slowly, due to issues further up the chain, but Jess worked very hard to keep chasing it up and always updated me as soon as there was any movement. Every time I contacted them, they were always quick to respond, and I always knew that I could contact them via phone or email and they would answer promptly. Fantastic Experience. Bea has made the process run smoothly even at such a fast pace. This is my 1st home moving away from parents, so was always going to be a nervewracking motion to go through, but after finding a property through frank innes they've put my mind at ease from start to finish! Super grateful to Bea who has been handling my application. Through such uncertain times currently, even without the face to face contact, everything from the virtual viewing of the property to the final signing of contract, everything has been so seamless! Being able to communicate directly via whatsapp straight through to Bea has been a godsend and just shows the diversity of your communication offering aswell as dedication to your clients, as any questions I had, no matter what time of day, I would always get a speedy response. Having dealth with a number of different letting agencies, i've never dealt with any that are as attentive or friendly as the team at thr derby branch. I would to extend my grateful thanks to Lydia Youle and Olivia Williams in the timely and efficient manner in securing a new tenant in such strange times as these. There was a high emphasis on communication skills within this team ensuring the highest delivery of customer service, actively and proactively resolving problems. For example the leaving tenant preferred not to have visits because of the Covid 19 situation, so Lydia arranged to have the leaving tenant to film a video tour of the property for prospective tenants to view.
