GoogleExtremily happy with the new flat I'm letting from Ashley Adams. The whole service and profesionalism throughout was outstanding. Chelsea was absoloutly amazing from viewing the property and up until signing the lease and was always happy to answer questions and to go the extra mile with any enquiries, worries or concerns I had. Brilliant people, fully reccomend!

GoogleTerrible estate agent from start to finish. Will illegally give access to the buyer to your property before completion and then ignore your calls about it. Avoid at all cost!

GoogleSo pleased we chose Ashley Adams to sell our property. Andy Armstrong delivered his promise by getting us plenty of viewings and selling quickly at a good price. Each sale has its own ups and downs however Andy and Zara were always at the end of the phone to deal with everything efficiently and effectively. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrom the first moment we decided to sell our family home our first contact was Emily .Well fantastic experience and actually cared .Very easy to talk too and no pressure understood our concerns after previous experience but we completed after the usual issues that hold up the house market nowdays .Most important thou recommend Ashley adams and if you get first contact with Emily well im sure you be very happy with her.Also quick mention everyone at Ashley Adams were brilliant sales progression Vanessa Natalie sorry if forgot anyone.The overall experience was very good thankyou Emily though because without you this would of never started .Keep up the good work keep smiling you are a major asset to Ashley Adams .

GoogleAshley Adams are the worse estate agents to deal with, they will not only try to coerce you to rent their beatdown properties using aggressive and dodgy tactics, they advert and sell but use deception and criminal tactics to take or like they would say “retain” money paid to them like an holding fee when renting or intend to rent from them, even if you did not sign any agreement with them. When you do decide to chase them for your money to be refunded to you, they either ignore your messages, ignore your calls and finally play dumb to you. Clear advice, do not deal with them on their dead beat properties they push and do not part with your money on their promises to fix an apartment they try to sell to you that is in a bad condition. Stay clear and look out for their aggressive coercive strategy for you to pay them holding fees, they will eventually lash and leech onto your money paid to them on professional terms on trust and won’t give it back to you when you come to the realisation that you can not possibly rent the deadbeat down property they push and try to sell you to rent from them.

Being based in London it was critical that we established a good relationship with an agent in Derby and Matt has excelled in that side of things for us. He was pivotal in getting an important deal over the line for us and since has gone above and beyond to be as helpful as possible in what we have been trying to achieve. GoogleThe service I experienced was amazing, I had actually lost all hope in selling my property during the pandemic but when I was recommended by “Matthew Wheatley “ from the Derby Branch, I was left speechless in a positive manner. My property sale was swift and I definitely recieved more than expected in service and quality. My property sold for asking price. I would most definitely recommend Ashley Adams !!! They have a great team but I would recommend anyone that’s buying or selling to ask “Matthew Wheatley “ to be your case handler and you will see why I have recommended him! If I was Simon Cowell then it’s a big fat YES from me!!

GoogleI was stressed and concerned my house was never going to sell with another agent so decided to switch to Ashley Adams, and I can’t believe I waited so long to make the transition! I got put through to Emily and after speaking to her for about 5 minutes I felt the stress just disappear! I knew I was in good hands, her enthusiasm and professionalism was absolutely top notch. I was in constant contact, asking her questions all the time and she always found the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was going on, which as a solo buyer with no idea what anything means…was so helpful and really appreciated. Everything about Ashley Adams is just amazing, from firstly speaking to Emily right through to the solicitors they recommend to get the whole thing finalised. All the other guys that I spoke to (Katie and Gemma) or that dealt with my sale behind the scenes were also lovely, the communication was one thing I was particularly impressed with as I was constantly updated with how the sale was coming along, sometimes just calling to say we don’t have any updates at the minute but we’re just letting you know everything is still going fine. You can tell they all genuinely love their job and have your best interest at heart which is quite rare these days! I even got a phone call from Emily once the keys had been handed over just to say congratulations and thanks for choosing us….which she didn’t have to do but little touches like that are what make Ashely Adams so great!! Thank you so much for everything Emily, (and the team) I’d completely lost the will to live with this sale and I’m forever grateful you managed to finally sort it for me and make it as stress free as it could possibly be!

GoogleAt first we wanted to go with an online estate agent and do away with the fees, but Emily did a great job in convincing us to go with Ashley Adam’s. We were sceptical at first but wanted to keep both options open. Emily and the rest of the team helped us find the right buyer through effective advertising. GoogleMe and partner were looking into selling both our properties and buying one together so we reached out to our usual contact who had left the business. We were then passed over to Matthew Thomas at Ashley Adams who was super friendly and helpful from the start. Although a new house didn’t happen, we have just completed on a remortgage and were thrilled with how stressless it was. Minus a few hiccups on offers not being available anymore, but that wasn’t Matthew nor Ashley Adam’s fault. I can’t recommend both Matthew and Ashley Adam’s enough and will encourage any of my family and friends to use them. 10/10 service

As a first time buyer I was in great hands at first with Liam Mann who really gave me confidence in buying my first purchase he found a great mortgage deal and had fantastic communication with keeping me in the loop with every step. My case was then handed over to Matt Thomas who was amazing. He had great advice and picked up my case so professionally and smoothly with no confusion on what stages we were at. He followed me through right to the end of the application process with great positive customer service. I will look forward to speaking with Matt again for any mortgage needs. Thank you!

GoogleMe and my partner recently purchased our first house, using Ashley adams as a mortgage advisor. We had the pleasure of working with Matthew Thomas. He was enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process as stress free as possible. He has kept in touch in the couple of months after moving in to make sure that we have moved in comfortably and to see if there’s anything he can help with post sale.
