GoogleThis Estate Agent has no regard for aftercare or customer satisfaction. The welcoming approach and pretence that was shown during the initial period whilst trying to gain my custom has dissolved. I have had multiple serious issues with the property I moved into. Many of which represent a significant safety issue. Upon requesting help with the issues, this branch refused. They wiped their hands clean of my customer needs the minute I signed the tenancy agreement. Johnathon the store "Manager" has been particularly unhelpful, and instead of attempting to understand the issues and offer genuine help, he instead fobbed me off and displayed zero regard for the customers needs. This estate agent can not be trusted. I moved into a property without functioning electrical hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, central heating or lights in various areas. All of those were either hidden during the viewing stage or overlooked by the branch. I am disgusted with the level of support I received at the hands of this branch and would fully recommend potential customers to avoid these as a potential estate agent.

GoogleA very bad experience with ( SASHA) . I had multiple encounters with her , she always failed to help and sometimes even resisted to solve the problems. I regret renting through this agency.

GoogleAmazed at their customer service, abysmal!!! I can't believe the waiting time to view a property, one that is empty and been on the market for a while, is 6 days! Surely their vendors can have no idea that this is how they hope to sell their property....although it might answer why the property has been for sale for so long! I've made two calls in the last 8 hours, to see if there are any cancellations, but no enthusiasm or interest in our dilema shown. The housing market in the area is currently slow, as there is not much on the market, goodness knows how they cope when it's busy. As proceedable buyers I am at a loss at what to do next......

GoogleAndy and Zara were great. Natalie co Ordinator not sure what she actually does or her role? disappointing and poor communication re progress. DC Law terrible communication, taken 5 months to sort the sale out, buyers solicitor complaining of poor communication and I would support this. Too many cooks managing the file!. I would not recommend this firm in future.
