GoogleI didn’t actually go with Ashley Adams but I registered my details with them about a property they had for sale, out of all the other estate agents I also registered with only Becky from Ashley Adams was the one who tracked my progress on the sale of my house and offered me advice and rang me every week to see if she could help sell my property quicker than the estate agent I was using. For saying I wasn’t even there customer her service was brilliant.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWanted to view a property. We were called because they could the day we required. We were told they would confirm the two other dates we had given. Ashley Adam's rang the following day and informed us neither days were available and there was already a lot of interest in the property. Did we have a house to sell. We do. We were then informed they did not want time wasters. We did not inform them nor did they ask if the purchase would be a cash sale. It would have been. Absolutely appalling service. I feel they do not want to sell property they certainly treat customers with disdain.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWe bought a house using Ashley Adams mortgage advisor. It takes over 8 months to complete the purchase, however this was due to vendors nothing wrong with Ashley Adams. The thing we are disappointed with them is that on the completion of the purchase no one call us to congratulate or didn’t even send a simple card. So poor by them

GoogleAshley Adams gave me the best service I’ve ever had from an estate agents! Adam showed me around an apartment and was very thorough and friendly and did everything he could to help me get the property I wanted. Chelsea, the senior lettings negotiator, is so lovely and friendly and also very approachable. She went above and beyond to help me in any way that she could with securing the property I wanted to rent and getting through all the hurdles I had to face along the way. She was very efficient in replying to my emails and taking my dozens of calls each day and getting onto the landlady etc. She was brilliant and never gave up! I would highly recommend Ashley Adams on Iron Gate to anyone who is looking to rent, sell or buy a property. Couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people to negotiate and deal with when looking for a property.

GoogleMartha at the Derby branch has been absolutely brilliant to work with. After having an offer accepted on our first bid we were extremely disheartened when this fell through due to the vendors having to pull out. Martha worked with us tirelessly in order to secure another other on another property which has now all been accepted. 10/10PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
