From the first contact I made with Ian I was so impressed by how professional and efficient he was. He came over to value our property and gave so many helpful hints and tips that would really help us to get the best price for our property. The marketing strategy that he uses is completely unique and I was confident straight away that he would get as much interest for our property as possible and ultimately get us the best price. He spent so much time going through things with me and followed this up so efficiently over the following weeks. In the end we have decided that for now we will stay in our property but we have implemented the changes that Ian suggested and if we do find that we need to move we will without a doubt be selling with Storey Estates. I was so impressed in fact, that I have recommended Ian to some of my best friends and they have just listed their property with him. Thank you Ian for all of your help and advise. Absolute fantastic estate agents. The best I have ever come across. Ian is very friendly and supportive from the initial discussion to the property being live on the internet and to the final sale being agreed. He is always on hand, so you can get hold of him whenever you need him. The photos his team take are first class and the video he creates to showcase your house is professional quality throughout. He even creates a virtual tour of your property as well which is a great feature. An extremely smooth stress free process and we can’t recommend him enough. He even sold our property for more than the asking price and within a few days of it going live online. Overall first class, 10 out of 10. Selling our home was not really on our agenda, however, as we all know life changes and ours did. My son got in touch with Ian at Storeys and was sold straight away by their ethos. I on the other hand, sceptical, mainly as they were requesting a higher fee than others. Ian came to see us on a Sunday, listened to our concerns and like my son we believed he could deliver and he did. They just take the pain, stress of house moving away. 2021: After moving to Australia and renting with Storeys for a year, we’ve now sold our house allowing us to fully explore the land down under! I had a few initial reservations about the higher than average fee, but Ian knew us and our house and was passionate about helping us through the sales process. Through Covid and our 9hr time difference the storeys team were great. We had a few set backs along the way, but each time we overcame the obstacles together. Great communication, great team, excellent commitment, great launch, excellent viewing numbers, numerous offers and a sale completed over the asking price. Plus... having read other reviews about meter readings etc... Ian even sorted the meter readings out! Which I didn’t expect! 😉 2019: Thank you for making this prices so simple and straightforward. The video tours, property descriptions and photos really communicate a lifestyle and personality with every individual property. I think they have hit upon a really interesting gap in a marketplace, which is currently filled with a lot of cut and paste mediocrity, this doesn’t entice the buyer or help the seller achieve top value for their property.
