We recently purchased through Storeys and honestly couldn’t fault them. From start to finish they were proactive, organised and completely on it. We were working to a tight timescale to preserve planning permission on our new home and the team moved quickly to help keep everything aligned. They even set up a WhatsApp group with all parties so everyone was on the same page and communication was instant. That made a massive difference and kept the whole process smooth. Nothing felt stressful, nothing got lost, and everything was handled professionally. Really appreciate the effort from Phil and the team, would absolutely recommend.

Just brilliant, and the best agents I have ever come across. I sold my house recently through Storeys - their expertise, marketing approach and communication is faultless. Their staff are all specialists at what they do, but they work seamlessly across the team, and there is always someone on the end of the What's App group message to help and re-assure. We have bought and sold with Storeys over a 5 year period, it is our opinion that they are the best estate agents in Cheshire.We had an excellent experience when we bought from them, selling with them was even better. Ian came round to value the house, this gave us the confidence to believe we could sell our house, which we did over the asking price on the 1st viewing. We can honestly say selling with them wasn’t stressful, this we believe was due to their communication with us and the buyer. We recently bought and sold through Storeys. In the past we've not had a particularly great experience with estate agents and always have felt under-whelmed with the service provided for the cost. I have to say this didn't apply to Storeys at all - they have been first rate in every interaction in our recent sale and purchase. Even before we instructed Storeys, it was clear that their marketing is absolutely stellar, however our interactions with the team to value our home, create a marketing and viewing plan was superb. Their attention to detail and ease of communication was continued in our viewings (purchase/sell), offer and negotiations but most importantly the post-sale process where they really did add a huge amount of value (as our transaction wasn't straightforward and had issues as it progressed). Recently completed on a house that storeys were marketing. Honestly - at several points it actually felt like they were working for us rather than their sellers. Every team member we interacted with was polite professional and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a house marketed by Storeys and simply must share our experience. Storeys must be leaders in the Cheshire housing market. They know how to sell houses and our dealings with them made the whole experience incredibly special and rather exclusive. Ian and his team kept in touch constantly and we felt that we were in extremely safe hands. Although we were not their clients we felt that Storeys worked harder for us than our own estate agents. We found that when looking at property on rightmove, Storeys listings were the best listing: information, pictures and the video is so super helpful! If we liked a property we were always then scrolling down hoping it was a Storeys listing! We delt with a couple of Estate agents around our chosen area (Hartford). Some were really quite poor, but even though we found it quite difficult to initially get hold of anyone at Storeys to book a viewing / put offer in, the after sale team... wow, the support has been phenomenal. They checked in with us weekly, helped us out I don't know how many times with communication with solicitors etc. We were truly shocked how fantastic Storeys are considering our experience prior. Now we're in our home and we even got a lovely hamper with actually good products inside! Storeys thank you very much for the help and support throughout this process with yourselves. The best estate agents we’ve ever experienced. From the first interaction to the courtesy call 2 weeks after completion the service was faultless. We sold our home and purchased our new property through Storeys - so we experienced their service and expertise from both sides. They work hard for their fee and they are worth it. We had a complicated experience - many houses fell through (nothing to do with Storeys) and they supported us and our buyers throughout - I’m not sure another agent could have secured the same buyer for nearly 12 months! There was never any doubt in my mind who I was going to ask to market our house when we were thinking of selling and downsizing. Having met Ian when we were looking to purchase a property a few years ago I soon realised that his approach was very different to the usual estate agent. Storeys we're amazing from start to finish, after 3 months on the market with a different agent without a single viewing the Storeys team stepped in and wow, the marketing and coming soon feature drummed up a lot of interest. The photos and videos were first class and the design team also offered excellent advice to get the house show home ready, with some lovely asthetic and creative ideas to really show off the house. With the interest generated we had 3 firm offers from the first 4 viewings. The negotiations began and Storeys again were faultless needless to say got us the best price possible. The after sales were also a breath of fresh air chasing all solicitors in the chain on our behalf and giving regular updates in real time. We cant thank the team at Storeys enough for an outstanding service. Yes they are a little more expensive than the other agents but for us they were worth every penny. They held our hand through the whole process, reactive to questions and giving us peace of mind to take as much stress away from us as possible. Excellent agency. We had several agencies around to value our home and provide thoughts on how they'd market. Whilst they are not the cheapest you have to take into account several other things including post offer support and getting you across the line. And this, for us, is where they excelled above others. Firstly, they maximise the potential of your home. Then they do excellent marketing including help and advice on staging for the photos - however, many others do this now as they've caught on! But the key difference for us what their post offer support. They provide a WhatsApp group with the relevant personnel at Storey's and are very responsive. They also coordinate between solicitors and are pro-active in chasing up both vendor and buyer sides. Honestly, without their continued support and help I truly doubt our sale would have gone as smoothly as it did. Final word on their viewing agent - Jonathan - we was incredibly courteous and affable to both us and our potential buyers, keen to learn about our property and a true professional.
