GoogleAVOID. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. while we are not the first divorcing couple needing a house valuation, the way it was handled by edward was shocking. our house valuation was setup & confirmed with both parties. one party could not attend due to the divorce proceedings/abusive behaviour of the other party. one party contacted edward to make sure everyone was on the same page (requesting a full valuation as opposed to a quick sale valuation), and made him aware that one party would not be attending the scheduled valuation. one party had to chase up the valuation results a week later. after finding out (after an abusive tirade from the other party) that edward took it upon himself to ask for other party's permission to release the valuation details, edward claimed no responsibility. again, BOTH PARTIES were confirmed on the appointment, BOTH own the house, BOTH were involved in the valuation conversation. when called out, edward merely apologized for "any inconvenience". Oakwood Estates, I will never do business with you ever again.
Dear Lucie, In response to your feedback I would like to address the following points taken from your review: When the valuation was booked I was unaware that this was a divorce case and this was also not made explicitly clear to me at the valuation. As you were not present at the valuation (for reasons I only found out about afterwards) I checked with your partner if it was okay for me to provide you with my valuation (I presumed this was something which would have been discussed between you) and he agreed. I then provided you with the valuation and wished you the best of luck with the sale. I never intended to become involved in a dispute between yourself and your partner and, once you had explained the situation in more detail, I sincerely apologised for causing any inconvenience. I explained that I was just following data protection regulations and was acting in a professional manner according to those guidelines. I understand that you did not accept my apology on that occasion but, again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and wish you the best with the sale of your property. FacebookDo not even give this company your time. They are cretinous, work shy, lying, thieving, incompetent (insert expletive). When I had to complain about what I later find out is the manager I should have walked away then. This company represent every bad cliche that is estate agents. You’re a shame to your profession. And having an honest father who was in the business for 30+ I feel able to say that. Shame on you.
AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. I have a long story about this estate agency. Firstly, they have requested a right to rent code for me even if I didn’t apply for a property. Second, they mentioned that they need this code for their own purposes and appears to be a legal occupier, as they mentioned for a property that I never saw it and never engaged a tenancy. They completely forgot to ask me if I want to be a legal occupier of that property. Now let’s discuss about the property. Unfit for living. The only bathroom not functional. On the premises it is a shed broken where a fox has her nest. They painted fuses and switches. They have received over £4,800 from February until now. As a legal occupier I contacted the agency and miss Kate is Late with her duties, furthermore, she complained against me for showing her what supposed to be done in time. Not only that she is a pretty little liar with her remarks of threats or abusive language. I can easily upload all the phone conversations to show clearly how this estate agency works. About the jobs on the property: she was sending someone who deliberately destroyed 2 windows handle locks. In conclusion the person who is a legal tenant is my husband and I was treated with disrespect by this lady. I will attach here pictures and videos with the issues of this property and advise everyone to stay away from this estate agency. This is how the provided the house after they cashed a good amount of money. They are a waste of time, nervous and the only need is to cash you full rent and providing you a shitty property.

GoogleThese estate agents in datchet are totally inept and try to play over smart games with buyers. I give a used car dealer more credit! Total time wasters and are just scavengers for commission. Go buy from a proper agent and dont trust this agent.

GoogleNot to use them brother I would recommend anyone... high turnover of staff customer suffers with their mismanagement. Costing me more than half of my security deposit because of their poor communication ...dealing with them is absolute waste of time and money....and if you want to escalate the problem manager Tim Halls doesn't want to let it go further it is his way or high way

This company were insistent that I hand over all financial information before they'd even do a viewing. This is private information that is usually only required upon application for tenancy and not something that should be handed out to all and sundry.
