Paul and Damelza are really knowledgeable about the property business and the local area and have years of experience. The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. Paul was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, he didn't disappear once the sale was agreed. He was straight talking and to the point and we appreciated the advice both he and Damelza had to give. If you want experts who are passionate about selling houses, these are your people. Do what they tell you. If you want mediocre employees or profiteers, go somewhere else.

We’ve been using Inventory Base software for our property management portfolio and genuinely can’t fault it. The system is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface and clear, professional reports that are simple to generate and share. One of the standout features for us is the ability to customise specific reports to suit our individual business needs. The level of detail included, particularly the photographs, is something our landlords really appreciate, as it gives them complete confidence in the condition of their properties. The recent AI introduction has also been a very welcome addition. It’s a real time-saver and helps streamline our workflow without compromising on quality or accuracy. With the upcoming Renters Rights Act, the software will be even more beneficial. The detailed property condition reports provide strong supporting evidence for claims and allow for clear, formal communication with both landlords and tenants following inspections. Having such a concise and reliable audit trail in place gives us and our clients real peace of mind. It’s become an essential part of our business, and we honestly wouldn’t be without it now.
