His video walkthrough with commentary was particularly valuable, allowing us to review the property from the comfort of our home, which played a crucial role in our decision-making process. The industry would undoubtedly benefit from more professionals like him.

GoogleFrom the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.

When dealing with most purchases buyers are often left waiting for replies for some time but with Olly every question we messaged and enquired about we instantly got a reply and answer for, very personal touch and experience and made this very easy!

GoogleA complete contrast to other local estate agents I’ve dealt with so far as a buyer. I’ve been speaking to Olly and he’s accommodating, friendly and actually knows about the properties he’s representing. If you’re selling your house, this is the kind of agent you need, you can’t underestimate what impact this kind of attitude has on your buyers rather than being a barrier to the process.

GooglePATHETIC RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT AND EXCUSE TO COVER THEIR APPALLING CORRUPT BUSINESS They have responded to my earlier review with a pathetic excuse. The photos I showed of the flat show that the place was uninhabitable from day one! I could not live in this flat so the landlord had a full months rent and a weeks deposit. Yes the landlord had requested a cleaning fee from me of £60 which I have refused obviously!! But Reposit equally demanded £60 to dispute my case which I have said from the outset is unfair and I am not willing to pay anymore for this disgusting property. They are now threatening CCJ’s if I don’t pay the £60. DISGRACEFUL

GoogleI sent a Report through this morning about an additional item required on one of the drop down menus, this one for a Market Appraisal reason in the Diary, and expected it to go through the system and perhaps appear on a future update, however to my amazement I was notified it had all been done and could be seen within about 2-3 hours, so am very impressed.
