We’ve been using Inventory Base for our property management business and it has completely streamlined our inventory and inspection process. The software is intuitive, professional, and incredibly efficient. Creating detailed check-in and check-out reports is quick and straightforward, and the final documents look polished and easy for tenants and landlords to understand. The photo integration and templating features save a huge amount of time, especially when managing multiple properties. It’s also excellent for compliance. Everything is stored securely and accessible whenever needed, which gives real peace of mind when dealing with deposit disputes or referencing historic reports. Customer support has always been responsive and helpful, and the system continues to evolve with useful updates. We've upgraded recently and it would/nt have happened without Amy Cameron. The hand over on the new project was smooth and the Reapit support team were so helpful.
