GoogleChristine was polite, professional and courteous, for the viewing. After waiting a week, never heard anything back from my offer i had given to the property i viewed. Eventually, i had to ring twice to get answers. Property been sold and never had a chance to counter offer. With this happening i have taken two stars off.

GoogleNeeded a house to rentat very short notice - ALE sorted me out the same day. From my first encounter with them, i have been impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would have been able to move in 3 working days after my initial contact (although i chose to wait until the weekend instead). On my day of moving in, I noticed the boiler was faulty - the maintenance department answered immediately, and an engineer was arranged at no cost to myself. Absolutely faultless.

GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Ainsworth Lord Estates. My previous letting agents were apalling at managing the property Which I rented, They never dealt with any issues raised or problems with the house. Ainsworth were not only fantastic during the letting process But they are also great and very responsive When dealing with any issues (of which are few) with the property I rent now. Absolutely brilliant team I would highly recommend there services to anybody wishing to rent in the local area. They are not only fantastic business people they are also very charitable within the community.

I purchased my home through Ainsworth Lord Estates and feel they provided a very efficient professional service. The staff were always very friendly and happy to assist with any queries. Even though the seller lived in Australia, I always received a speedy response to queries, thanks to Angela's assistance. They kept me updated throughout the process.
