GoogleI phoned Ainsworth Lord Estates earlier in the year. My rental property (mis-manged by another local agent) had been trashed and I wanted to sell it. Within an hour of the call, Anthony had picked up the keys, visited the property and sent me photos. He arranged for the necessary (and significant) work to bring the property up to standard using his contractors at a reasonable price. The property was quickly on the market and we received an asking price offer the same day. I live in London and Anthony has kept an eye of the property up to the point of sale and helped with any issues arising. I can't recommend enough.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS - very dodgy! Very dodgy - a house gets listed on the Sunday, you book a viewing on the Monday first thing, they then call you and say that the property has been sold and the vendor has no interest in listening to other offers. The people who show you around claiming that offers have been placed. You then check with the office and you realise that there haven't been any. If you are thinking about selling with them, DON'T. If you are unlucky that you are buying a house through them... good luck!
