GoogleHuge shout out to all of the Dartford sales team we got there eventually. With the uncertainty of brexit and general election to the covid 19 outbreak we finally moved last Friday. Big thanks to Steve, Adam, Rhiannon, Stuart, Jayne and not forgetting GG 😊. From accepting offer on day of lock down to finding out the buyer had mortgage offer pulled 8 weeks ago. GG had another open day which got us another 2 offers. We are now in our dream home in Wales. GoogleChallenging search for our latest tenant so this took longer than previous tenant finds however Miroslav and Amy continued to work hard to identify perspective tenants and we had constant communication which is really important to me and they have now found us a new tenant. Ula and Kyle were excellent in helping us to traverse and navigate the tedious process from holding deposit, viewing , referencing , credit checks , contract signings etc to finally getting the keys .
