Came to Your Move Dartford as a buyer and dealt with Jayne as the vendors agent. She was fantastic not only for her vendors but overall in regards to the progress of the sale. No blockade of solicitors receptionists and hold lines could stop her getting through and then shimmying the conveyancing process along to prevent almost all completely avoidable delays. Excellent communication was the name of the game with both buyers and vendors and arranging things like surveyor access was a breeze. This all resulted in a completion earlier than imagined with all the i's dotted and t's crossed. Will definitely come back here if ever its time to move on as she is definitely someone you want on your side.

After a bad experience with trying to sell my flat last year when I felt the estate agents "heart" wasn't fully in the after care, I decided to give Your Move a go! I met Mik, his enthusiasm and professionalism was just what I needed. He put my flat on the market without internal photos (was still decorating) and managed to get 18 viewings in the first weekend. I met Demi and Jayne who were just lovely and friendly and felt like I was in the right hands with the viewings. Today I have accepted an offer £15k more than I had expected. Fingers crossed everything now goes smoothly. We'll done and a big thank you Dartford Your Move.

Great service and would highly recommend Your Move.I had a tenant vacate a rental flat in November after many years & wasn’t sure whether to sell or possibly rent out again. I don’t live in the area so i had to phone round all the estate agents to decide which on to use. Right from the get go they came across much more focused, switched on and hungry for the business which is what you want when you have an empty flat! Within a week the Sales team got me good offer considering the current interest rates, However, the lettings team pulled it out the bag with a 40% rental increase & one year upfront. Steve is an experienced hands on manager which made a huge difference. Big thank you to all on Sales & Lettings team and Ula who found the tenant 🙌🏻

I have exchanged contracts today for selling a house via your move at Dartford and it has been quite a short time from first going to market to completion something I wasn’t really expecting in these unusual times . At the time of getting the house valued I saw several local agents most of them seemed very good but Steve Lock really understood the property and it’s untapped potential, I liked him immediately and knew we could work together . Steve's team have all been highly pro active and dedicated to getting us to this final stage . They have been completely on the ball with navigating the chain to completion and have respected and supported me throughout. I have dealt with other agents in my life and they have been good but this experience was by far the best and having a good friendly relationship with Steve , Tom and the rest of the team has made an difficult and emotional time the best it could be . I was recommended a conveyance solicitor from Steve and again this has been straight forward and seamless with never having to chase her, Kelly been incredibly efficient and always available just such a refreshing experience compared to past experiences. Instantly impressed by the Manager Mr Mikolaj Milociak who's positivity won him the business. When its your own home, you worry that prospective buyers will see it in the same light as you do, and Mikolaj did just that. It is really important when selling your home that communication is key and the Team at Dartford made this effortless for me. Ella was helpful when we used this company and tried to find a place however I found a 2 bed house elsewhere which had come on market. I Understood why I lost my holding deposit on a place with this company but not happy as technically issue was with landlord being to controlling and fussy over blinds, I could tell we wouldn’t be happy if we moved there and had to pull out cos felt pressured. Still Ella did try and was nice and polite.
