GoogleThe worst agent I have EVER come across, the lady in sales was worst agent I have EVER had to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH! the PM team have no clue what they are doing and the lettings team just lie to get what they want, the only person who was honest and worth dealing with was Ella in Lettings. Communication was shocking and the lies lettings and sales told was another level. DONT trust anything they say!!

GoogleAgent arrived late to the inital viewing and this was only the start of it. Communication was poor, customer service skills lacking. Spent alot of our time chasing them in relation to referencing etc. To top it off we received a call last minute to say that the landlord had to move back into the property. (At this point they had only just sent us the referencing forms to complete, despite numerous phone calls and the fact the deposit had been paid over a month ago.) Avoid at all costs!

As your application was made a long time prior to you moving into the property, we advised that communications about referencing would be at a later date to avoid any references getting outdated. Unfortunately, the landlord’s decision to move back into the property was out of our control and we did our best to help you find similar properties you might be interested in. GooglePhenomenally amazing service from the team at YM Dartford, especially from Steve Lock who has worked with us tirelessly for months to complete on our new home this week. Steve has communicated effectively with all parties at all stages during a very tough process, getting an almost failed sale over the line. He then went the extra mile and helped us to surprise my mum who couldn't believe we had bought! Steve has set the bar very high for every estate agent - we absolutely recommend. 5 stars. Thanks again, we couldn't be happier.

GoogleMy experience with them has to be the worst yet. I made an agreement to move in and told the agent the approximate time that we would be in the area. We reached our location late due to traffic on the motorway. While on our way we called to find out if our tenancy agreement was ready so we would get the keys. Multiple calls and no response from agent. Got through to the office and was told the tenancy agreement is not ready and they would work at it the soonest. Mind you we were on our way. We arrived at 1 pm and the moving vehicle at 1:22. We never got the agreement until 17:19. The moving truck was charging £75 per hour. When asked who will stand the cost all they keep saying was that they were sorry. Apart from the downpayment for the moving truck we had to pay £525 instead of £150 and we didn’t even budget for that. To top it off, we entered into a very filthy house. Dirty carpets, messy toilet and kitchen. Yet we had an agent who would have dealt with everything. They failed us!!!
