All the team members are friendly and professional, always willing to help. I have not been this impressed in the last 4 years of been in property markets. GoogleI let a flat through this your move, and they are very nice, but the lettings guy Sunny was a bit all over the place, gave me wrong information, and wasnt even there for the viewing, left it up to the previous tenant! The manager of the branch is lovely though

GoogleElla, If there is one person you should talk to if you need something done it’s her. She has been on top of everything I've ask from her. To the point of I’ll only talk to her now if I have any problems at all. From day one she’s always been on time for viewings and while trying to find the right place for me, we were in contact every few days about new properties they had just got on the market. Any problems I’ve had or something that’s needed sorting she’s been on top of it. Very professional, welcoming and efficient. I can’t recommend her highly enough. As a company there are things that could be done better. But you will be in very good hands with Ella at the dartford office.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleTried to work with them in February, no luck. They keep calling me even though I have told them I am deaf and cannot use the phone, I have contacted them on email, twitter and facebook, yet they keep calling me on my phone. Clearly they don't mind harrassing people. Forwarded complaint to trading standards.
Hello Mr Blackwell, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you felt you haven’t received the service you expected from us. Having reviewed your file I can see that you initially contacted us to help you with your property search in early March of this year indicating that you would only like to be contacted via email. We then sent you a number of different properties within your search criteria over the course of the next 2 months. I can then see that on the 15th of May you used the function within one of these emails to unsubscribe from all email communication. Unfortunately this caused our system to remove this information and revert to your mobile number as being your primary contact and this is why, upon returning to the office after lockdown, we have tried to communicate with you via phone and have not been able to send email correspondence to you. I appreciate the inconvenience this must have caused and I have removed this contact information. If you are still searching for a new home please do not hesitate to contact us via email where we can set up a new file for you and would be delighted to help you in your search
