FacebookI would just like to write this review for Rob and his team at Wisdom Estates who recently sold our home in Dartford.We decided to sell our house in October and got Rob to come out along with another bigger estate agents. We were immediately impressed with Rob, his professionalism and friendliness and decided to go with him, also he valued our house at £10,000 more than the other estate agents! we can honestly say that Rob has been fantastic, much better then any estate agents we have ever used in the past, he responds quickly to emails and calls and also is not afraid to go above and beyond what he would be doing as an estate agent! It's a shame we have moved to the other end of the country otherwise would have used Wisdom Estates in the future without a shadow of doubt!I would rate Rob and his team 100 out of 10 and I wish him, his team and company all the best in the future! GoogleMy experience with Wisdom Estate agents as a potential buyer was very disappointing. My main dealings were with Ben Stanger, senior negotiator, who was unable to return phone calls due to being “swamped on the phones”. Ben claimed in emails that the agents wished to avoid gazumping, but even though the vendor declined my offer of the full asking price and opted for another buyer (the sellers choice which I fully accept) Ben emailed me to ask if I would like to put forward a revised offer clearly contradicting what he had already communicated. It's clear to see from Ben's actions that he wished to create a bidding war. It's a shame that buyers still have to deal with this kind of behavior.

It is with great regret that Ms Everett felt the need to leave a negative review, as Wisdom Estates have a strict policy against any form of ‘gazumping’. We also aim to provide clear communication to both Vendors and Buyers at all times.
In this instance Ben Stanger was under extreme pressure from numerous open-houses and the resulting calls, but did try his utmost to keep Ms Everett updated.
The offer declined letter is a standard response to an offer declined by a vendor(s). The purpose of this letter is to inform potential buyers, that their offer has not been accepted by the vendor(s), but should they wish to make a revised offer, they are well within their rights to do so, and that they should contact us, as legally we have a duty of care to put forward all offers we receive, to our vendor(s).
Wisdom Estates apologise unreservedly in this case for any distress caused, as we take great pride in our positive feedback from both Vendors & Buyers, as can been seen from our many Customer Testimonials on our website.
