GoogleWe initially invited three different estate agents to value our property. We chose Wisdom Estates due to their excellent reputation in the local area, fair pricing and the fact that they weren't too pushy. Throughout the whole process we have been kept informed and up to date on progress. They always answered the phone or rang back promptly (compared to other estate agents we dealt with which rarely did which can be highly frustrating). We had numerous offers after the viewings. I would recommend Wisdom Estates and would use them again for buying or selling a property.

GoogleMy husband and I recently bought our first property through Wisdom Estate Agents. We could not have asked for a better agency to go through this process with. Our first contact was with Matt, who is so friendly and talked us through everything. All our questions where answered. When we made an offer for our property we started liaising with Robert Wisdom who is fantastic. He wrote us weekly to see how far the process has gone with the lawyers and answered all our questions. I really liked the weekly check-in as this kept us on our toes but also reassured us as first time buyers. I could go on and on about wha a great experience we have had with Wisdom estate, but all I want to say is that once you are on their website, look no further as you are in the best of hands. Facebookfriendly&professional, the team worked tirelessly to ensure we were regularly updated with the progress of our chain. they offered guidance and solutions to any obsticles we met and never made us feel like we asking to many questions! the quality of the photos taken of our property were amazing as was the speed of the sale. although Robert arranged an open day that very quickly had over 30 potential buyers we actually sold before the day with an offer far exceeding our asking price! 100% would use again to sell our house 1,000% would recommend

GoogleThis was the 2nd time I've used Wisdom - once to buy and once to sell my property. Rob and Matt's professionalism and personal approach far elevates them in the market. From valuation to completion, level of communication was outstanding - we got frequent and helpful updates (even on our onward purchase which was with another agent)! I honestly cannot fault their overall service and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again guys!

GoogleThis is the second property we have sold with Wisdom Estates and yet again we had another hassle free, straight forward move. If you want an agent that does what they promise, then Wisdom Estates are the ones for you. Rob Wisdom has a natural way to him that puts you at ease, without being over pushy and listens to all your concerns. We was always kept up to date with everything that was happening during the move which puts your mind at rest as we all know how stressful moving can be. All the staff at Wisdom Estates have been excellent and have a polite welcoming manner that puts you at ease. Thanks once again for doing a brilliant job. From the very beginning at the viewing, right up until the exchange all staff we have spoken to whether it be answering the phone or responding to an email have all been most accommodating and extremely friendly. Even though they have had overwhelming workload during Covid, Wisdom and most importantly Emily Archer have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and couldn’t speak more highly of their level of professionalism. We didn’t have an easy ride with Solicitors and at every hurdle we faced, Emily ensured everything was dealt with in a assertive and timely manner and reassured me every step of the way. I can’t thank you enough for the smooth process from your side and I will definitely recommend your services and hope to return ourselves later on down the line.

As a first time buyer, I didn’t know much to expect in finalising the transaction to the point of contract exchange but Robert’s and his team at Dartford consistent communications and prompt reply to my enquires made the journey easy, less stressful and he kept my hope and dream intact.
