What can we say. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was often immediate and as first time sellers we obviously needed advice and guidance. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Robert went above and beyond to gain interest in our property during an uncertain time in the property market and excelled in getting people through the door. Matt who guided the sale to completion went above and beyond to make this happen, dealing with challenges along the way and keeping us in the loop at every step. We wouldn't think twice about using Wisdom Estates again, they sold us the house in 2018 and they helped sell it in 2026...First class service with a friendly approach. I recently sold my property through Wisdom Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Matt handled the viewings and was outstanding throughout the entire process. I had actually made and had an offer accepted on a new house before finding a buyer for my own property, which could have been quite stressful. However, Wisdom Estate Agents took a very proactive approach to selling my home and were still able to secure a buyer in time to keep the chain moving smoothly. Matt kept me consistently updated on viewings, offers, and the progression of the sale, making everything feel well-managed and under control. His communication and dedication truly set him apart, easily the best agent I’ve worked with, and someone who genuinely puts the customer first. Rob was also fantastic, he took excellent photos for the listing and kept me updated throughout as well. Both of them made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and positive. Overall, the level of customer service from Wisdom Estate Agents is exceptional, far quicker, more responsive, and more personal than what I’ve experienced with larger commercial estate agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After such a good experience of buying our home 12 years ago with Wisdom we decided to go with them for the sale of our house.
