GoogleThis is the second time we've used Wisdom and Rob and the team have been amazing both times!
We bought our property 2 years ago through Widsom and, based on that experience, they were the first call we made when we decided to move. This time was more complicated as we were now in a chain and Rob was incredible once again, really helpful whenever we needed advice or support and helped to get everything over the line. We've already recommended Wisdom to my in laws and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody else.

GoogleBeing a first time buyer, I was having many things in my mind. However the overall home buying journey with Wisdom Estate Agent was very smooth sailing. The service is outstanding and I would recommend them with 200% confidence. Both Rob and Matt are highly professional and having lots of experience to guide you at all the phases of home buying journey. Their communications are excellent and almost near real time. They had helped me a lot at multiple phases starting from getting excellent solicitor, negotiations, setting expectations, talking to owner, providing view of what’s happening and what are next steps. I found myself very lucky after working with them as I heard many horror stories around other Estate Agents where people are complaining. I would definitely recommend Wisdom Estate agent from bottom of my heart. Thank you Rob & Matt! Looking forward to work with you in future again!

GoogleIf would rate this business 10 stars if that was allowed. Robert and the team are fantastic! The guys were always very punctual, very polite, always kept their promises. I could always reach someone on the phone, and get a very prompt response to my email. Robert went few extra miles to exchange contracts in our case, when everyone in the chain was already thinking it would unexpectedly fall through at the last moment. I am very grateful to this team, to Robert for everything they have done for us.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently completed selling my property with Wisdom Estates. I don't think I can say enough good things about them. From the starting point of the valuation I felt that I was part of the process with options being explained to me and seeing what I wanted to do and what was best for me. Everything was then set up and was advertised within a few days. I was continually guided through the process and Wisdom Estates provided guidance and advice for my property search. I was kept up to date with weekly catch up chats where I was being informed of what developments were happening when and what the next steps were. If you are going to sell a property I would highly recommend Wisdom Estates.

GoogleMet Matthew F at the property for viewing on Saturday, who is very professional, patient and considerate. Being dealing with a few estate agents, Matt is the one of those who understands and is willing to step out to help the buyers to make a good decision with a thorough analysis of the property showing to us (rather than being pushy). He helped me to make the final decision where to locate our next home. Matt and the team deserves a 5-star and is highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIf there was an option for six stars, I'd give it. From early on when Rob came in, took the pictures and got my house on the market through to sale the service was excellent.
We've had a challenging purchasing process that lasted over 15 months but the team at Wisdom, in particular Emily, managed to keep my buyer on board for the entire process and was relentless in finding out information for me up the chain to get things moving.
We finally completed on our purchase last week and Wisdom have not just been excellent estate agents, they've been brilliant for support for me and my family. Not sure you'd get the level of personal service I did from an estate agent anywhere else in the country.
That being said, I hope I never have to use them again, I don't want to move again :-)
Everyone else though, go for it - you won't regret it.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe team at Wisdom assisted me with the sale of my 1 bedroom flat in the Dartford Bridge area during a difficult time for the market, however they took to the challenge and accomplished it beyond my expectations. Consistently top tier communication throughout the whole process from both Robert and Matthew. I always felt as though they had my best interests in mind, proactively moving to keep the process moving smoothly.

GoogleWhen I wanted to sell my house, I made enquiries with several agents. Wisdom estates was the first one to respond, immediately: which was my luck!
As from day 1, They provided a seamless service. They were able to sell my house to the right buyer, within 2 weeks and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Selling your house can be a very frustrating experience, but wisdom estates made the whole process stress free.
My calls were always answered and if not would be returning within the hour.
Our only misfortune was a solicitor who was very slow, but with the expertise of wisdom estates, we were able to complete on the planned date.
If you are looking for an agent who can provide a friendly, professional, super efficient, honest and confident service then trust me... wisdom. Estates are the ones.
They were Amazing

GoogleI would give 10 stars, if Google would allow it. Wisdom Estate were extremely professional and responsive. Very quick to respond and follow up on queries. The seller wasn't very easy to get hold of (to say the least) but Robert kept on top of things and kept us informed all the way. Honestly, If you are buying a property should definitely give Wisdom Estate a call. You will not be disappointed.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
