Having invited a selection of estate agents (from on and off the high street) to value our home it was absolutely clear to us that Rob was the person we wanted to help us sell our house. His calm and friendly manner combined with his knowledge and professionalism made us feel at ease; particularly important for us as we had never sold a house before. From the very start of the process both Rob and Matt kept us informed of what was happening: giving us feedback from viewings, regularly calling us with updates once our sale had been agreed and eventually providing invaluable help and support as the process had to start all over again due to circumstances beyond our control. In addition, we felt could ask them anything (no matter how daft or trivial) which helped us to feel more confident about our decisions. We are so pleased that we went with Wisdom to sell our house. Emily and Rob were fantastic at keeping us up to date with things and were always so personable and helpful.
