GoogleSelling your first home could bring a lot of stress, but Rob and Matt done a fabulous job at keeping us sane and making the process easy. It only took one weekend to sell. At no point did we have to wait long for a call back or email response, all communications were clear and easy. They kept us up to date and we can't thank them enough for all the hard work that was required with this sale. EWS1 regulations definitely didn't help. All in all, we have no words to describe how grateful we are. We would highly recommend Wisdom Estates to everyone!

GoogleI decided to use Wisdom Estates to sell my house after viewing a house they had on their books and meeting both Matt and Robert. They are professional, friendly, kind and patient. They did a block booking which I loved and even though I was away for most of the day, I ended up with 8 offers and didn't have to go through the process again. Robert and Matt are a great team and if I ever decide to move I would use them again in a heartbeat. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

GoogleA dedicated estate agency that serving customers and their satisfaction are at the heart of their business. This is the spirit I felt throughout my engagement with Rob and Matt who demonstrated great professionalism. I found them both excellent communicators with considerate and empathetic attitude. I highly recommend Wisdom Estate and will happily do business with them again in the future.

GoogleHighly recommend. Friendly and professional guys from start to finish in the purchase of our first home (if only the vendor was as straightforward as Rob & Matt!!). Very transparent and proactive estate agent which was refreshing in comparison to other estate agents in the area. They was always on hand to deal with our hundred of question. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area - Thanks for the lovely moving in gift!

GoogleWe initially invited three different estate agents to value our property. We chose Wisdom Estates due to their excellent reputation in the local area, fair pricing and the fact that they weren't too pushy. Throughout the whole process we have been kept informed and up to date on progress. They always answered the phone or rang back promptly (compared to other estate agents we dealt with which rarely did which can be highly frustrating). We had numerous offers after the viewings. I would recommend Wisdom Estates and would use them again for buying or selling a property.
