GoogleRob and Matt at Wisdom Estates are the pinnacle of estate agents. Not only are they professional, assuring, detailed and excellent at their jobs. Google‘A challenging sale well handled’ I can only echo the many reviews of this Estate Agent Service. Both Rob and Matt have provided what can only be described as a first class and professional service throughout the recent sale of our property. Despite some unexpected and unforeseen challenges ( buyer issues ) their management of our sale was handled with a friendly and reassuring attitude and with our needs always at the forefront of their minds. They went above and beyond and assisted us on numerous occasions in dealing with a multitude of enquiries from solicitors and other stakeholders resulting in the successful completion of our sale. Superb marketing and photography too. I cannot recommend Wisdom highly enough. In short… ‘ cut to the chase and don’t bother with the rest ‘ Thank you Rob and Matt

FacebookFrom the start of what would turn out to be a long experience, Wisdom Estates have gone above and beyond to keep me informed. They had an offer for us almost straight away but we were unable to accept at that time then Coronavirus hit and everything stopped. However, they still took the time to keep us informed and as soon as they were able to open they hit the ground running working long days and showing people round our late Mother’s property. They then found us a buyer, who, regrettably, let us down at the eleventh hour. They remarketed the same day and had a buyer within hours. That sale has sailed along and we have just exchanged. At every turn, both Emily and Robert kept me up to speed and the feedback from every viewing was passed on. When they gave me the initial market appraisal Robert said they were known for their excellent communication skills and it was that reason I gave them our business. I am so glad we did. I have no complaints, only high praised indeed.

GoogleWe have been working with Robert and his team at Wisdom Estates for the last two months and are due to complete our purchase at the start of April. The whole process has been so organised, we have not been stressed and Robert’s communication of the process has been extremely efficient. We could not fault the service provided by the team. Having registered with several other estate agents in the Dartford area for buying a property, we strongly recommend the independent service provided by Wisdom. Although our property was extremely popular and sought after, we were not subject to bidding wars and sly tactics that are executed by other ‘popular’ agents. The whole process was honest, professional and friendly. The team have remained an excellent point of contact throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much trouble and feedback was always on the same day. We would not hesitate to recommend Wisdom Estates as they have made what is a stressful process, particularly in the current market a more enjoyable one. GoogleRobert and the team at Wisdom Estates were excellent throughout the process of purchasing my first property. As a first time buyer everything was a little daunting, however I felt that Robert was always on hand to answer any and all questions I had, even going so far as explaining elements of the solicitor aspects which truly helped. Moreover I appreciated the fact that communications between myself and the seller through Robert were always dealt with promptly and effectively, always ensuring I was kept up to date and in the loop. GoogleOnce the house is finalised, working with the folks over at wisdom estate was smooth. Robert is very responsive and helps out with all the queries we had as a first time buyer. He liaised very well with the sellers and their solicitors sending regular updates and reminders. Not sure if this common with all estate agencies but there is very little knowledge on the surrounding area in terms of demographics.

From the moment I first met Rob for the valuation, he was extremely helpful, honest and encouraging that they will help every step of the way and they did not disappoint. They sold my property so quickly and pain free at a price i was extremely happy with. Matt made contact every week to provide us with an update of the chain and solictors progress and to reassure me everything was progressing the way it should. House buying and selling is stressful but I couldn't imagine doing it without these two amazing guys. I am so grateful and would encourage everyone to use this Wisdom Estates if you want to sell your property.
