GoogleHighly recommend the Robinson & Jackson Dartford team. They stayed in constant communication with us throughout our sale & purchase. When things seemed to come to a standstill with solicitors etc the progression team really came into force. Carol worked on our behalf and what a amazing part she played. Carol really brought everything together and pushed our completion date along. Always ringing with updates and happy to answer any queries and emails were answered promptly. We will definitely be using this team in the future.

GoogleThe sales negotiator I was contacted by was unprofessional, asked to provide screenshots of my bank accounts where I keep all my savings for the house purchase (what an absurd viewing guidelines), so instead, I provided a mortgage in principle document and asked if this is sufficient to book a viewing of one of the advertised properties, never received a response back. Moreover, I've never received a follow-up or response back about the properties I inquired about from this agency (10-12 in total). What a time-wasting exercise.

GoogleI recently used Robinson Jackson Dartford (RJD) to sell a property in the local area. I approached them for this service because they were also the acting agent when I purchased the property. My experience with RJD overall has been positive. Firstly as a buyer of the property, they treated me with respect and made me feel like a client as much as a property seller. This contrasts with other agents I interacted with during this time as a buyer where some gave me the impression I was easily replaceable or even treated me with outright comtempt. This was not the case with RJD as they seem to understand that the transaction process is also dependent on a happy buyer. Secondly as a property seller, the overall process to get the property listed was very straightforward. Especially so seeing as I now currently live a long way from the area. In this case, everything was done by phone including desktop an on site valuations. Communication through the viewings, offers, and selling process was also excellent and helped ensure that my expectations were managed through the whole process. During the process of offers being made on the property, RJD presented a summary via email of the key information in an easy to read format and provided the advice required for me to make my own decision on what offer to go with. Whilst others might prefer to go through this in a different way (e.g. in person or on the phone), a list of offers is definitely something they can do and it really helped me compare offers side by side. A special mention goes to the progressions team (which I believe covers multiple RJ offices including Dartford). The person assigned to my sale, Katy, was extremely proactive in coordinating the transaction process between myself, my solicitor, the buyer, and their solicitor. She was acutely aware of what would be required at each step and was very effective in chasing up not just responses from the buyer but from myself when I could have caused potential delay as well. Without her input, the process would have taken a lot longer than it did and I am very grateful that she took an active role in coordinating the different parties. Lastly, for the record my property took longer than average to sell with the first sale aborted late due to last minute changes from the first buyer. RJD were quick to react with relisting and organising viewings after this happened. I appreciate that although the market at this time is very buoyant, it is also very unpredictable due to an increase in potential time wasting buyers and sellers alike, and events like surveyor devaluations, RJD appeared to act with experience in a market such as this and demonstrated good competency with handling unpredictability. In summary, I would recommend RJD as an agent of choice for property sales in the Dartford area.

GoogleGood experience overall as a buyer. Got through the process in just 10 weeks with Katy the sales progressor. Ben the branch manager was a really friendly guy and nice to talk to on the few times i did as well. First buy so nothing to compare it too though. Cant give an opinion on selling through them as have only seen it from one side so far but nothing has put me off returning in the future.

GoogleJust a quick thanks to all of the hard-working team at Robinson Jackson. After what was a very stressful and long move (my estate agent and all of the solicitors unable to manage simple communications) Robinson Jackson were the only team that were able to stay on top of things. I wish we had used these guys as our estate agents but buying through them was a blessing. Special thanks go to Carol as she was amazing.

GoogleI just spoke to the branch manager ( owner ) who firmly told me that Decision and Principle and evidence of deposit must be shown to them, just to view the property. We have no intention of showing our bank statements to the agents on the high street. No other agents are asking like that and it is not our first home-buying either. He also rudely said that 66% of clients they showed the properties have no fund to buy. It is so disrespectful to the customers by saying that. He also said that both husband+wife have to view the property at the same time and will not book if one is not free at that time and for second viewing. We are buying the house, not buying an ice-cream!! We will not buy from that kind of arrogant agency. With that kind of disrespectful customer care, it could be so stressful along the timeline.NegativeProfessionalism

Accurately evaluating, pricing, listing & selling within an amazing three days! The entire process was professional (with a capital P), ever helpful, great comms throughout. We .must particularly make mention of Amanda Try (our primary point of contact), who was brilliant on all levels, particularly so when in a very busy sales period. Our sincere thanks to all of the team, Beth, Tracy, Ben to name but a few! Would we recommend RJ, very much so, would we use again...most definitely YES & would go as far as saying the best agents we have ever used (having moved numerous times are in a position to judge)! GoogleWith my experience do not believe them. This is my experience. I have offer price for a house. Estate agent Amanda said it is more for that house and she decreased it from £5000. She said my offer is the highest offer and gave to the seller. I was planed everything to buy it,and after she said seller accepted another offer higher than mine. But clearly I said her my offer and I can increase it more if need. But she decreased my offer and sold that house for another buyer. How to we believe this kind of estate agents. I complained to branch manager also but nothing changed . Seller's agreed price is lower than my last offer. With their last email prove that . Be careful if you use them to buy or sell. Thank you

GoogleThis estate agent have been brilliant, from putting our house on the market, to finding us a new home. The sales team were helpful, informed and knew exactly what we were looking for, therefore giving us great advice and guidance. Once we found our home the progress team were great and really helped us to get everything finalised and resolved for both our sale and purchase. Having a dedicated team with such a friendly manner and ease of accessibility made the process so much better.

Absolutely appauling the way she spoke to us on the phone and delayed the whole moving part giving each person in the chain a different story. All the other staff were very friendly and polite but she should not be in the job role. Made our move more stressful than it needed to be.NegativeProfessionalism
