GoogleAmazing service throughout our purchase. Ben was so supportive and was always available when we needed to talk, he answered all questions and went over and beyond to support us. When he wasnβt available all the other staff was equally as supportive, we love our new home. Buying a house was already stressful so having such an amazing team along each step made it so munch easier!

GoogleThe customer service I have received since getting in touch with Robinson Jackson has been excellent. Stuart Harris has handled everything required to get me and my partner into our first home together. I have been waiting to move for over 2 years and finally got the opportunity. The process was made stress free thanks to Stuart. He helped us change the date due to a holiday and has been on the other end of the phone for any questions, even silly ones such as 'where is my electricity meter?' the joys of being new to renting! Thanks to Stuart the whole process did not take long and I was comfortable knowing I could call up for friendly advice any time. My overall experience has been stress free so thank you to Stuart and the team at Robinson Jackson for helping me finally move! :)

GoogleI only have one word to describe you guys and that is Brilliant!! Moving houses is never easy however you have managed to help me rent the perfect house and make all the process so enjoyable. You were so professional and amazing like no other letting agency. You called me to keep me updated and never left any of my messages/voicemails unanswered. Catherine has the most amazing personality and she is so lovely π. Stuart was so kind and waited for me up to 7 30 PM so I could view to property. Most of the agents would have rescheduled but you didnβt. You know how to go the extra mile and have an exceptional customer service! I will highly recommend you guys anytime.

GoogleI spoke to Lynsey and a few other estate agents in the local area in January.. enquiring about the possibility of letting my house out. I was quoted services by a few estate agents but decided to go with Lynsey because she was always punctual, straight to the point and easy to deal with which is why I remembered her 5 months later when I actually decided to rent my house out. Lynsey was also highly recommended to me by some friends who are also Lynseyβs clients and had nothing but good things to say. Iβve let my house out as a result of moving abroad. With lots to juggle Lynsey has remained consistent, has helped things run smoothly and is always available when I need her even calling me back on her days off! She is very proactive and found me a tenant for my property the same day she started marketing it! Couldnβt ask for better service. Highly recommended! Ten out of ten! thanks Lynsey!

GoogleThe lettings team are absolutely fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Catherine in particular. She listened to us when not many other agents would and showed a genuine care into our needs. By far the most efficient, professional agent out there. Kept us updated throughout the entire process and has made a really stressful move actually enjoyable! First class service- would not hesitate to recommend to all tenants and landlords.
