GoogleWe chose Robinson jackson because a family friend highly recommended them. From the first initial conversation i knew i had every faith in them. Very professional and certainly know their stuff. I prefer the estate agents that work on commission rather than a flat fee as you know they will get the most for your property. As our property is currently rented we wanted to disturb the tenets as less as possible and was reassured by Nick that they only will show buyers round that already have a mortgage in principle in place and proof of deposit. Basically no time wasters.Nick was quick at getting it vauled and taking the pictures. He advised us we needed an indate epc and the next day his guy Andy was round there. Within a week of our conversation our property is on the market. Highly recommend robinson & Jackson (dartford branch in particular) and Nick for being so responsive, professional yet approachable and knowledgeable. 5*

GoogleHaving originally used and internet sales company, we had no other alternative to say to switch to Robinson Jackson but I can honestly say it was a huge relief when we did. Prior to change I think the only person who seemed to be helping was Katy (despite not even working on my behalf).
Anyway to cut a long story short, Robinson Jackson were incredibly efficient, sold my property within a week and kept me informed at every step of the way (again thanks Katy). I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI was recommended Robinson Jackson to sell my mother’s house when she passed away. It was an old house in terrible condition and I wasn’t confident it would sell for a good price. RJ agent was friendly, helpful, understanding, flexible and encouraging.
Everything was done, not only to sell it, but to advise and help me. I live 200 miles away so they supported & helped me and kept me regularly updated.
All in all despite some initial issues because of the condition of the house, they got me a far better price than I’d expected and made the whole process as easy as possible.

GoogleRobinson Jackson were brilliant from start to finish in selling my property. They were the only team in the whole transaction where I felt like I did not need to do any chasing, always felt well informed - and they always managed to make me feel more relaxed and helped take some of the stress away!
Special thanks to Katy in particular from the progressing team - she was brilliant throughout and helped us get to the finish line!

GoogleFrom the word go the whole team at Dartford Branch were brilliant!
From us calling to view a property they had on the market to placing our home on the market, they were professional and on point!
Transparency was important to us and they did exactly that. They sold our home and kept us informed at every step.
Katie was our progress in sale liaison who not only kept my stress levels down but also made sure I was kept in the loop at every point. If I didn’t understand something or wasn’t sure she would take time out to explain process and documentations.
I want to say a huge thank you to all the Dartford branch, Ben, Charlie, Courtney and Amanda to name a few!

GoogleI bought a property from them 10 years ago so when I come to sell I went back to them. No regrets at att, branch manager Ben was very helpful and managed our expectations well. Tracey took over to take through to completion and without her we would not of got this through. She was so helpful and polite and updated us regularly and was genuinely interested in us and our move and made us feel supported. Would always go back to them.

GoogleI purchased a property through Robinson Jackson and received excellent service from offer to completion. The seller's onward purchase fell through at one point, and we were both having difficulties with our lawyers. But Robinson Jackson persevered and carried all parties through the transaction. I really appreciate their efforts and would like to give a special thanks to Katy in the Progressing Team who stuck with us through the entire process.

GoogleRobinson Jackson have done an excellent job of selling my daughter's flat and supporting her through the whole process leading up to exchange of contracts yesterday. It has been fraught with difficulties largely because of the global epidemic, but all the people at Robinson Jackson have been calm and professional throughout.
A special shout-out for Carol Cope who has been absolutely fantastic. She has supported us so well, she communicates with all parties extremely professionally and effectively and she has had to demonstrate huge resilience during such a difficult time. Carol is an excellent asset and ambassador for Robinson Jackson. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI would like just to say a huge thank you to Robinson Jackson for their help in the sale of our flat. We have had nothing but five star service right from the start. Amanda, who came to our flat and helped to start the ball rolling was clear, helpful and we knew we were in good hands. Everything was processed quickly and punctually. Everything was transparent and informative. We are indebted to Tracy from the progression team. We have had weekly (and in some cases daily conversations) over the past few months and we have been immensely grateful that even in these unprecedented times she was doing everything she could to advise, pursue and reassure us and our buyer. I can honestly say that we would may not have moved had it not been for the company's professionalism and personal touch.
We are very delighted with the outcome. Thank you . We couldn't recommend the company highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI only have one word to describe you guys and that is Brilliant!! Moving houses is never easy however you have managed to help me rent the perfect house and make all the process so enjoyable. You were so professional and amazing like no other letting agency. You called me to keep me updated and never left any of my messages/voicemails unanswered.
Catherine has the most amazing personality and she is so lovely 😊. Stuart was so kind and waited for me up to 7 30 PM so I could view to property. Most of the agents would have rescheduled but you didn’t.
You know how to go the extra mile and have an exceptional customer service!
I will highly recommend you guys anytime.
