GoogleThis estate agent have been brilliant, from putting our house on the market, to finding us a new home. The sales team were helpful, informed and knew exactly what we were looking for, therefore giving us great advice and guidance. Once we found our home the progress team were great and really helped us to get everything finalised and resolved for both our sale and purchase. Having a dedicated team with such a friendly manner and ease of accessibility made the process so much better.

GoogleWe purchased our house using Robinson Jackson in 2012, and decided to use them again for the sale of the same property very recently. We are very pleased we chose them again. Not only did they value our property at a much more realistic price than so called competitors who supposedly charge a lot less, or a one off fee, they actually take the time to make it a much more personal thing. Their expertise in the local market and their wide customer base meant that they had potential buyers lined up for our property as soon as it was on the market. In fact, Nick, personally recommended a viewing for another couple who he knew was looking for a similar property, and we are very pleased to report that they did decide to buy at a price agreed by all. During the sale process, Amanda from RJ was continually in contact with my wife throughout informing her of progress with the sale. It could not have gone through more smoothly, with dates/times/appointments kept to, and all to a very high professional standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robinson Jackson to anyone considering a house sale/purchase. For us, they were excellent!!

GoogleI got very crossed with the staff at one of the offices because they couldn't give me a viewing appointment as the current occupants weren't collaborating. I got very frustrated and wrote a poor review initially. Yesterday I received a call from the Manager in person and this completely changed my view. I realised how much pressure the staff succumbs just like us doctors when every relative wants the patient to get well. Of course this is not always possible. Many thanks, keep it up.

GoogleImpeccable level of service and case management from Tracy Wright on what was an extremely difficult and complex case. She continued to assure me that they were doing their best to get the sale over the line, whilst also continuously to liaise with the buyer to make sure that his fears were allayed. The progressing team were instrumental in making sure that the final sale went through and I'd highly recommend RBJ to anyone buying or selling a property in Kent / Dartford.

GoogleWe do NOT recommend Robinson Jackson! Especially the interaction we had with Tracy from the progressing team she was incredibly unprofessional and very rude and has absolutely no manners in how to talk to a client with respect! Please use other estate agents in Dartford that will speak to you in a professional and polite manner. We hope Tracy doesn’t speak to all Robinson Jackson clients like this !

GoogleWould highly recommend this company, me and my partner are moving into our own home together for the first time which is scary but exciting! we received excellent customer service by Georgia chilman, she was very polite and very helpful when answering our questions, she was also friendly and very patient with us during the whole process, we can't thank her enough for all the help she gave us :)

GoogleAndy Farman Had a great experience with Robinson Jackson. They dealt with the sale of my property very quickly, from on sale to moving in to my new property in just 4 months. The sales team and sales progressors were constantly keeping me updated and worked to get the sale/purchase completed very quickly. GoogleAwful experience, staff (Carol can't Cope and Ben)have little idea of how estate agency works and barely offered any customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend, there's better estate agents in Dartford. Still waiting for a response from the owner John Browning regarding my complaints!!!
