GoogleGeorgia took care of the rental process for my small flat, and was extremely helpful, patient, friendly and polite throughout the time it took to find suitable tenants. She kept me in touch with what was going on via email and phone at all times. I have used R&J in the past and this experience will keep me going back to them in the future.

We are very grateful for their hardwork and professionalism. GoogleTelephoned the branch and explained my personal circumstances and reasons why I needed a valuation on my home. Staff were so understanding and helpful and offered me an appointment the next day. I’m not selling now but I would definitely recommend Robinson-Jackson to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them when I do sell my home. Thank you.

GoogleWe're able to sell my property extremely quickly on 3 occasions. However their buyers were not vetted particularly well and dropped out for no reasons given. Was therefore unable to move for over half a year. Switched agents and sold and completed within months with a reliable buyer.

GoogleAvoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.
