Jon was both professional and knowledgeable during the valuation process, showing us multiple pages of local research, and took the time to fully explain the current markets and sales process. His diligence put us at ease, and helped us to agree a valuation for our house that we felt comfortable with. We felt slightly daunted at the prospect of having photos taken of our house, but the team were so organised and hardworking that the results were incredible - we can't believe how amazing the property looks, and feel confident that there will be lots of interest. Really impressed.

Our experience with Mortlock & Joyce was excellent, as first-time buyers we were a little unsure of quite a few things but Pete went out of his way to offer us advice and answer any questions we had which made us feel a lot more comfortable going forward. I cannot thank or praise Mortlock and Joyce enough they are truly amazing estate agents. Once I decided I wanted Mortlock and Joyce to put my house on the market Jon, my estate agent, set up a WhatsApp group for him and I to make communication quick and easy. I used it to ask questions, many questions which he always answered quickly. I also used it to keep track of where we were in the process and what the next step would be. Throughout he always communicated with me showing the greatest respect in a very human way. If ever you are thinking of requesting an evaluation or considering selling your home I cannot recommend Mortlock and Joyce enough they were brilliant and made a potentially extremely stressful experience achievable.
