Our experience with Mortlock & Joyce was excellent, as first-time buyers we were a little unsure of quite a few things but Pete went out of his way to offer us advice and answer any questions we had which made us feel a lot more comfortable going forward. Both he and Jon were highly professional, communication was great and they clearly have a wealth of knowledge and expertise between them, they are also both just likeable and down-to-earth guys which helps to make the whole experience a bit easier. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell within the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Pete is by far and away the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely difficult sale to deal with for various reasons and it took far longer than it should have. Pete relentlessly chased down any answers required by us and went above and beyond his remit in my opinion. Very friendly, highly diligent and professional, I can’t recommend Mortlock and Joyce enough!

Couldn’t ask for more! Professional but also personal service - Jon and Pete made buying a property super easy and stress free! Any questions along the way were answered quickly and and no point was anything ever pushy. So pleased that I stumbled across these guys, who restored my faith in buying after some bad experiences previously. Trustworthy, friendly & get the job done!

Mortlock and Joyce were absolutely amazing when selling my Dad's house. He had lived there for 65 years so it was obviously an emotional time. They showed cared, compassion and professionalism every time they dealt with us. Jon gave us excellent advice which meant that the house was sold within 3 months of going on the market. We would highly recommend using them. Many thanks for making this process easy for us.

Pete and John were fantastic throughout our house buying process. This was our first time being a property and they were always on hand to answer any question we had promptly. They guided us through the process and helped us liaise with the sellers whenever needed. Would highly recommend using Mortlock and Joyce - thank you!!

I’d say that Pete and John actually provide a 7* service! Personable, honest, knowledgeable and super hard working I would recommend our agents to anyone near or dear to us who may be looking to move in what can be a difficult market. Throughout our somewhat troublesome process we were able to rely on the team completely and they settled our concerns whilst keeping the chain in touch and in motion. Now we’ve sold our house, with their help, and spent our first weekend in our new home all we can really say is a HUGE Thank You. (Carolyn & Terry 2024)

We were selling our first home and therefore had no idea where to start or any idea about the processes of selling a house! Jon went through everything in detail and he was amazing throughout and from start to finish was on hand to answer any question at any time. We would highly recommend Mortlock and Joyce.

Mortlock and Joyce were the estate agents who we purchased through. Throughout they were incredible communicators and so easy to work with. We sold our house through a leading estate agent and they were shocking communicators and made us lose faith in estate agents. If we were to sell again we would 100% go with Mortlock and Joyce. Using WhatsApp to communicate made everything so incredibly quick and saved a lot of time which is important with busy working lives. Mortlock and Joyce are truly a fantastic estate agent and you shouldn’t think twice about working with them.

Review on behalf of my mother Hazel Willetts: I would like to say thank you to Jon who valued my house recently. Your approach towards me was exactly as I hoped it would be. You were both professional and human. I felt able to ask questions and I didn't feel under pressure. You didn't make me feel your time was more important than me.

It’s rare to receive the attention and prompt service from a real estate agent but Mortlock and Joyce seem to be one of those rare cases! Thank you Pete and Jon :)

I highly recommend Mortlock and Joyce estate agents. Their friendly and approachable manner made communication with them so easy. This was my first time selling a property, I have been told it is usually very stressful. I had the complete opposite experience to this, they made the whole process very easy and stress free from start to finish. Pete really went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and that any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. He was in constant contact throughout. Even when it came to buying my next property, Pete went above what was expected to give me great advice and helped so much. Thank you so much Pete and Jon, I have really appreciated how proactive and efficient you have been.

Selling your house and choosing the correct estate agent can be two of the most stressful and important decisions you make. We were extremely fortunate to have been recommended Mortlock and Joyce prior to putting our house to market and their professionalism and customer service went way above any 5 star recommendation we can give! That recommendation proved to be worth its weight in gold. The initial visit by Jon for the appraisal prior to sale and the continued communication and support throughout from the whole team at Mortlock and Joyce through to completion of sale was in our opinion on a level second to none. If you are considering selling your home and want a first class service where every question is answered truthfully and with speed look no further than these guys. A massive thank you from us to you all at Mortlock and Joyce. Clive & Lorna.. Dartford……

We cannot recommend Mortlock & Joyce highly enough. The service provided throughout the entire house purchase process was exceptional, making the experience truly remarkable. On the top of that, the excellent communication and flexibility helped us make our decisions faster and more confidently. We would definitely be back to receive such personalised support. We felt that Mortlock & Joyce went an extra mile to help us. Since this was a totally different experience to dealing with big estate agencies, this has also changed our perception of estate agents, in general. Thank you!! Happy buyers :)
