HI Christine, thank you so much for the opportunity to sell the family home and taking the time to leave us a review, Take care, Jon & Pete

GoogleWe asked Jon to value our house. We didn't really want to sell but we were in a situation where we might have had no choice. He was very informative, and we were happy with the valuation he gave us. In the end, the advice he gave meant we didn't have to sell the house, so we were even happier with that. Although we didn't put the house on the market at that point, we were appreciative that he didn't say what we needed to do to just get the house on the market, and for that reason we wouldn't think twice about using him to sell in the future.
Hey Matt, thanks for the review. If you need anything in the future you know where we are.

GoogleWe contacted Mortlock and Joyce to obtain a valuation for our property. We was looking to purchase a new build and there was limited plots left, but we needed to be in a position of SSTC before we could pay a deposit. Peter visited us on Monday 22nd, by Wednesday the photographs and videos were done, it went live Thursday and over the weekend we had over 20 viewings, Monday we had 14 offers. Peter and John could not have done more. They are over and above expectationsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you so much for your review Carol. We are both over the moon for you!

GoogleFrom the initial viewing of the property, to the move in date. Mortlock and Joyce have been amazing, answering all my queries and keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. Extremely professional and welcoming. I had a few things that weren’t quite right, but as soon as I informed them, they were dealt with very quickly. I really can’t recommend this company and it’s employees enough

GoogleI have known Pete for some time now and I was in the process of buying my first property via another agent, but with the lack of guidance from them and my solicitor I asked Pete for help. He was able to simplify a complicated process, keeping me calm and giving me the confidence to move forward. If it wasn't for him I would have been totally lost and stressed out. I highly recommend Mortlock and JoycePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thanks Kelly, I hope you’ve settled in now!
