WoW, where do we start... What i can honestly say is that the team @ Mann (Dartford) are very dedicated, Our first contact was with Luke and his knowledge is extensive and honest, his dedication to his job is amazing, despite us going too and from 2 properties in the area he was extremely helpful and understanding, Then we had dealing's with Tim (branch manager) and again his knowledge is also extensive and he was also extremely patient and understanding when we hit a snag with our previous letting agents... This is one company that is extremely well organised and I have no hesitations in recomending their services to anybody, I have delt with many organisation in the past and Mann @ Dartford are the far best so far and deserve acknowledgement and a highly positive review!! Well Done Tim & Luke, not forgetting other team members who are behind the scene too

My experience with Mann letting agency was extremely awesome. My agent (luke) from our initial consultation was very helpful in selecting an ideal property. He picked me up from the train station on the day of our viewings. He kept me informed about each process and was always polite. He even went as far as sorting my mails when there was an issue with the post box keys. Overall personal experience was outstanding. And I have already referred 2 of my friends to Luke at Mann Lettings. I would like to personally say thank you very much luke for making my move very smooth and hassle free. Thank you very much for your attention to details even the small ones. Thank you for your efficiency and the passion you show. It's very contagious . Truly it's one to be emulated. Thank you for holding on to the property for me even when there was a delay with the agreed move date. You are truly a star . I love my new home...it's calm and the view is just... ooooolala!!. I contacted Lee Grace about letting my property and he was very efficient. Both Lee Grace and Gabriella Pizza have been most helpful in advising me on viewings and in giving me detailed information on the terms and conditions of letting of the property. The property has only just been let but I am confident that they have provided a good service. I am paying for full management costs but as the property has only just been let I am unable to review this service as yet.

This is my first experience letting with Mann but I have found them to be very helpful and professional. The process of signing paperwork and getting keys went off without a hitch and Luke quickly made himself very available whenever I had any questions. The staff answering the phone in the office have always been friendly as well, which always helps when you're moving to a new area. So far, it's been a very pleasant and painless experience!
