I would like to say a BIG thank you to my property manager Cintia at haart Estate and Lettings Agent. She is ever so helpful, listens to my concerns and resolves it swiftly, efficiently. Another aspect of the excellent service from Cintia, I appreciate is she quickly understood my work schedule and found the way to contact me that suits me best. She will try by phone and when she does not get me, will send me an alert by text and the full debrief by email. That way when I get home after a stressful day, I can then read, digest the content and respond without undue pressure. She then rises to the occasion and resolves the matter. Thank you Cintia. In my 28 years, I have never seen a service quite like this. Leyla from Haart in Dartford, is by far, the most comprehensive and trustworthy Estate Agent we have had in the UK, to-date. She made us feel welcomed, valued and appreciated from the outset of our engagement. Her knowledge, strategy and compassion, has resulted in the journey to our new home, being more streamlined, efficient and cost-effective. We estimate that Leyla has cut the tenancy processing times in half, through effective communication, leadership and collaboration. Undeniably, this was also facilitated and accelerated by the Haart portal, in tandem with the fully-integrated cloud technology that they use. We got regular updates through their software, and we could manage the documentation side of things, via an intuitive, centralised platform, that gave us greater visibility into the progress and outcomes of the tenancy onboarding process. Haart are clearly an innovative, 21st century Estate Agency. The most important facet of the experience, was Leyla's non-judgemental nature and openness. We were treated like human beings, rather than just a number, and we were consistently kept up to date with developments. The vibe was extremely positive throughout. To summise, this transition was effortless. Leyla helped us with teething issues, reviews and additional property visits. On a granular level, her attention to detail put us at ease, and we no longer believe that moving house "is the most stressful thing in the world". Understandably, having this type of super high-quality real-estate experience, was like a breath of fresh air, subsequent to the pandemic. We are glad that we recieved recognition and appraisal whilst being shortlisted - Haart are clearly more than capable of making the right choices. Super thanks to Leyla and all of the team in Haart in Dartford. We are very much looking forward to our tenancy, as we now know that we are in safe hands going forward. Cannot praise Haart's high enough. Ben Clark dealt with sale. He organised an open day a few days after signing up. 8 or so persons visited and half made offers! All at a VERY good price. No time wasters or persons just wanting a look. Top notch stuff and feedback/advice he provided was helpful and welcomed. The sale was problematic due to some issues regarding the buyers solicitors being overly fussy and the idiots running my 'Estate Management being useless and unhelpful. Elizabeth Payne from Haarts to the rescue! She was incredibly helpful and made enormous personal efforts to help resolve the issues. Once again top notch communication. You might find a cheaper Agents but Haarts were worth every single penny. I HIGHLY recommend them

I couldn't recommend Shobad, Ben and the team at Haart Dartford more highly. We had had some difficulty selling our flat over the last year and upon engagement they rose to the challenge immediately and under stringent time constraints due to personal circumstances. Ben was able to secure a buyer almost immediately and Shobad ensured that the sale was progressed in a timely and efficient manner keeping us updated throughout the process. They were professional and diligent despite some challenges along the way and answered any queries we had with honesty and transparency and were patient with us. For anyone looking to buy or sell property in the local area I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly utilise their skills, experience and expertise in the future should we look to move again. It’s the first time of using an Estate agent to let my property. I have found Jessie at haart Dartford who has explained everything very dedicated. I have had emails and phone calls to keep me updated on the progress of finding tenants.
