I’ve had a really positive experience so far. Sian has been professional, friendly and approachable throughout the process, and I’ve never felt under any pressure. She showed my dad and me four properties in one afternoon, took the time to answer all of our questions, and followed up afterwards with a detailed breakdown of the service charges and ground rents for each property, which was really helpful when comparing them. As a first-time buyer, I’ve really appreciated Sian’s communication, knowledge and patience. It’s made the process much less daunting, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the team.

Olivia and Maddie were both very lovely and helpful! Hoping to get a house with you guys! Always been so lovely to me every time I have looked for a property. UPDATE 05/01/26. Actually very disappointed. Waited over 2 weeks to find out if the 2 properties that I had viewed and applied for has been accepted by the landlords only to call them today to find out they’ve been let already. Not even a courtesy call to let me know but they wanted a great review! Gutted how a lot of these estate agents don’t really seem to care or understand how hard it is to find a property. While they’ve been good in the past, I’m sad that they’re just looking for their commission instead of actually helping people find a home.

Maria has been brilliant from first meeting to accepting an offer. She was very friendly, well prepared and knowledgeable. She advised us when best to put the property on the market and organised everything for us. We were not present at the viewings but the fact that an offer was received three days after the viewings says it all. Since then Maria has called with updates and has treated my recently bereaved father who has lived in the property for 65 years with great compassion and sensitivity.
