I was just browsing in front of the Dartford office, when a member of the team popped out of the door enquiring what sort of support I required. I told him and immediately Maddison came up to clarify my needs, immediately setting up a meeting and getting the ball rolling. Maddison managed my expectations with sensitive, facts and figures. She has been great in relating with me and keeping me updated through the process. Very friendly and helpful team.

Upon trying to find the right property, Jessie was lovely, she was helpful, kept me up to date with any changes or developments that was happening and when viewing property’s (even in the heat may I add) she would answer and questions or queries I had as best as she could. Great company to property hunt through.

Maria . our sale has completed today ! on behalf of my parents I would like to say from the start ,you were very professional and attentive to their requirements and sensitive to my dads dementia , it made all the difference to me choosing you at the start. It was our family home , and was a very hard decision to sell, but with your help and knowledge it was as smooth a journey as it could be. so thankyou once again Maria.

We had an outstanding experience with Olivia Bignall from Haart Dartford. From the outset, Olivia impressed us with her punctuality and professional demeanor. She struck the perfect balance during the viewing, providing us with ample space to explore the property without feeling rushed, while remaining available for support. Olivia’s expertise was evident when discussing the upcoming rental rights legislation effective this May. Her ability to explain complex legislative changes clearly gave us immense confidence in her competence. Furthermore, when presented with specific queries, she was transparent and proactive, immediately offering to liaise with the landlord to ensure we had accurate information. What truly sets Olivia apart is her warmth. She is exceptionally professional, yet genuinely personable. She is a significant asset to the Haart team and completely elevated our perception of the agency.
