Unfortunately I have to update my review here. As much as the letting team did an amazing job finding my tenant, the property management team’s job is poor. They didn’t do the property visit in middle of tenancy. I had to chase them many times and it finally happened on 14th month! When it comes to repairs, I was throw at with expensive quotes without breakdowns of the work needs to be done. There’s one time I was given so expensive quote that I had to do research myself to try find cheaper options. And it turns out I was able to get the boiler fix at 1/3 of the price they quoted me. So I was doing the job that I’m paying them to do. It seems like they don’t care about the landlord’s interest and just want to get the job done. They are also hard to get on hold of. Their line is always busy, and when you drop them email ask them to call back, it takes them days or not coming back at all!
