She came and saw me over a Bank Holiday, put my property on the market the same day, and at a great price and the next day called me with an offer! HAART is great in doing things very passionately. I had horrible time with my previous agency. They didn't change my broken washing machine for 5 weeks and then HAART came as take over agency. Julie Edwards was so wonderful in sorting out all my complains and replacement. She was so polite and empathetic about my troubles. She also took care of personal follow up to make it sure that all things are in place. She is absolutely a role model for any rental property agency. Keep it up. Best Wishes.

I have a number of Landlords who have properties managed by Haart but get me to carry out all their plumbing, heating and gas works which means that I have had to work closely with Cintia at Dartford. I really enjoyed working with Bethany from the very moment the property was assigned to her. Initially, I wasn't sure if she would be able to exceed the high expectations I had of her based on the level of service quality I got from her colleagues (Leyla and Cintia), but she did deliver to my satisfaction! Managing multiple properties with their attendant issues can be daunting but the way and manner that Bethany keeps me up to date on any issue is great. The Dartford team have been very professional. Philip initially went through the sales process with me and made me feel at ease with putting our family home on the market. Lisa was able to arrange close to 30 viewings in one day at an open house event and got 3 competitive first time buyer offers. She had to work hard to get the exchange over the line but kept me well informed and up to date with developments. The photos of our house in the sales brochure were stunning and the team were very welcoming when I popped by in branch.

This is a review for Bethany Edwardes at Haart. Bethany is the third property manager at Haart who has looked after my property. The first person was good, the second was terrible, but Bethany is absolutely different class. She is unfailingly cheerful, polite, helpful and efficient. She has always gone out of her way to do everything she can with problems, even if the issue couldn't be immediately resolved. Bethany is a credit to the agency and you should do everything you can to hold onto her!

I would like to say a BIG thank you to my property manager Cintia at haart Estate and Lettings Agent. She is ever so helpful, listens to my concerns and resolves it swiftly, efficiently. Another aspect of the excellent service from Cintia, I appreciate is she quickly understood my work schedule and found the way to contact me that suits me best. She will try by phone and when she does not get me, will send me an alert by text and the full debrief by email. Stand up and be counted. That’s all what I can think about when it comes to Cintia Kozma and the Dartford branch. When my account manager, a different branch, left the business and my local branch manager gone into maternity leave, I was left with no direct contact to enquire about my Proporty. I had to email all the local branches for help, and her comes Cintia Kozma, who put her hands up and said I got you, mr grumpy landlord, I have your back, and I will be accountable until I resolve any outstanding issues. I was very impressed with Leyla’s super professional services and tremendous help throughout the process for helping me rent my current bedroom flat. From the first day of our meeting, even when I lost direction to the place and delayed you, you were soo calm and gave me the direction to the place. You waited in the hot sun just to guide me. When I felt I disappointed Leyla ,after showing interest in the property and later told her I was no more interested in the property, she was soo calm to me and explained to me the importance of taking the property but I still maintained my stance that i was no more interested in the property. In less than 48hours , I called Leyla and told her I’m interested in the property again, even after disappointing her initially, she still welcome me with a great smile. When the landlord told me she won’t give me the property because of my initial acceptance and later decline, Leyla fought for me , She helped convince the landlord to give me this wonderful property. The surprised part was when I told my friend that one agent have help me tremendously and I’m really grateful to what she have done for me. My friend asked “what’s the name maybe she is the one who made miracle i never imagined happened”.I told her she is Leyla, she was like” wait , is it Leyla from Haart”?.. I said yes , and she was like she is a great person, she helped us move into our current property which is @ mill pond road, dartford. I was very surprised and she continued “when my former landlord asked us to move out, I explained to Leyla that I needed the place to put my things in because my time was up and I have no where to take my things, even though the whole process was not completed, Leyla understood my plight and gave me the key to the place. I thought she won’t accept but Leyla made the impossible possible. Thank you Leyla, you made the process very smooth and easy to me . You kept me informed during every stage of the process. My wife and I are very happy and really appreciate you for putting smile on our faces. And I believe your great compassion for your work will continue to take you far. After a bit of a traumatic evening having no one to contact when our shower broke, Beth from the property management team was on the phone before she reached the office the next morning getting things sorted for me! I was very disappointed that haart didn't provide an out-of-ours emergency number leaving us without water over night and into the next morning (0 stars for haart), but Beth made it a priority to get this sorted as soon as she could and did everything within her powers to get the issue resolved without hesitation, so 5 stars for her! She explained the situation and had a contractor on the way first thing and has helped us speed up the process, which I believe could be rather long if it wasn't for her, thank you again Beth!
