I have used Haart Dartford before to rent out a properry and had a very good experience so chose to use them again. I dealt with Jessie, Kelly and Leyla. All were polite and very helpful. Any enquires I had were dealt with quickly. No question was too much trouble for any of them. They were a joy to deal with. From start to finish Haart in Dartford were great in terms of getting our house sold and everything involved across the line. Phillip who initially came to see us at the house, was open and transparent about the whole process and what would be involved. I also felt that they valued the house at a reasonable considering the inflated market at the time. Once we got booked in everything was straight forward from getting the photos organised, to it going on the market, having viewings and the next stages. I also wanted to mention Lisa who is the moves progressor who towards the end went above and beyond to ensure that everything got completed. I would definitely recommend this team for getting your home sold.

After a year of being with an online agent who recommended a terrible solicitor miles away, we then found Lisa Squibb at Haarts Dartford when selecting one of their properties to buy. What a difference to find someone who really cared about the service she provided. She pushed and pushed all parties to make sure the sale would go through as quick as possible. I was very impressed with Leyla’s super professional services and tremendous help throughout the process for helping me rent my current bedroom flat. From the first day of our meeting, even when I lost direction to the place and delayed you, you were soo calm and gave me the direction to the place. You waited in the hot sun just to guide me. When I felt I disappointed Leyla ,after showing interest in the property and later told her I was no more interested in the property, she was soo calm to me and explained to me the importance of taking the property but I still maintained my stance that i was no more interested in the property. In less than 48hours , I called Leyla and told her I’m interested in the property again, even after disappointing her initially, she still welcome me with a great smile. When the landlord told me she won’t give me the property because of my initial acceptance and later decline, Leyla fought for me , She helped convince the landlord to give me this wonderful property. The surprised part was when I told my friend that one agent have help me tremendously and I’m really grateful to what she have done for me. My friend asked “what’s the name maybe she is the one who made miracle i never imagined happened”.I told her she is Leyla, she was like” wait , is it Leyla from Haart”?.. I said yes , and she was like she is a great person, she helped us move into our current property which is @ mill pond road, dartford. I was very surprised and she continued “when my former landlord asked us to move out, I explained to Leyla that I needed the place to put my things in because my time was up and I have no where to take my things, even though the whole process was not completed, Leyla understood my plight and gave me the key to the place. I thought she won’t accept but Leyla made the impossible possible. Thank you Leyla, you made the process very smooth and easy to me . You kept me informed during every stage of the process. My wife and I are very happy and really appreciate you for putting smile on our faces. And I believe your great compassion for your work will continue to take you far. I recommend Haart Lettings to everyone and also Leyla Hassan, who make the impossible possible and put smiles to the faces of people like myself who once lost hope of getting a great place like this ,get an opportunity to have a nice place I can call a home. After a bad experience with the lettings team at this branch, I was really pleased to have my opinion of Haart Estate agents in Dartford changed by the management team. My property had a leak from a neighbour who was on holiday. Beth kept me in the loop throughout, was really polite/understanding & when I was struggling to switch the neighbours water supply off, she came with a master key & switched it off. She also got in touch with another neighbour who contacted the owner of the flat where the leak was. Their friend found the leak & cleared the excess water. A job well done from Beth.
