We found Benjamin Clark from Haart Estate agents to be a friendly, confident, knowledgeable and capable young man. Nothing is too much trouble any concerns we had were put to rest immediately and is always available to help either by phone or in person. He explained the process of moving to us, helped us as to the online process which we are not confident with and arranged that this could also be done via post. With our first rental the service was great but when asked to change of tenancy since May/June it has been an absolute disgrace. Attempts to speak to Kelly has always been met by " she is not in the office or is another line" Each time I am advised that she will call back. Had 1 email response eventually with lots of excuses and nothing else since. When asked to be signposted to the complaints dept or handler, told to go through website??

I have been called 11 times in the last 6 weeks to ask if I have a property I want to rent out. Every single time I have told them I don’t and to remove all trace of my details from their system. Every person has assured me they have updated their system and I won’t be called again. I’ve just had another call having had this same conversation 3 days ago. Clear incompetence and desperation to find something to rent out. Avoid like the plague. I would like head office to contact me to discuss and remove all record of me…you have my details.

I just moved in, and we had an unfortunate even with the shower at late evening and I didn’t know what to do. Then a colleague from Haart named Beth came to rescue me, even I was not expecting anyone to come and try to solve the problem that late. I am really impressed with her response. I was extremely exhausted because of the move already, but it was so assuring that she came to rescue from my poor situation. I really appreciate her effort.

Jessie helped me find tenants for my flat. I was very busy with work and short on time. Jessie and the heart team were extremely helpful in taking a lot of the stress off me and helped me not only get renters within a week (A doctor, and a Pharmacist, ideal renters) they also managed to get the flat “renting ready” and up to regulation and dealt with getting all quotes, tradesman, and surveys completed.
