My partner and I saw recently saw two properties with Megan, from haart Dartford and she was brilliant. She really took the time to really listen to what we were looking for in a home, which made the experience much more personalised. We really appreciated how thorough she was in explaining the features of each property and she provided us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions. We have been renting through them for 6 months and our most recent interactions with the team have been great - Bernie (Bernadette Winchester) in particular has been a star. Bernie is professional, approachable, down-to-earth, responsive, quick to action on issues raised and very good with follow up. If this was a review just on Bernie's work, it would be 5 star + all the way. Unfortunately this is a review for the entire agency and our initial interactions with certain members of the team around actually signing the lease/ sorting arrangements was challenging.
