I had a very positive experience with Acorn and that was all thanks to Ashley. My son and I don't know much about the area and Ashley not only accompanied us to the viewings, but he also took the time out to show us around different parts of Dartford after the viewings, which was greatly appreciated. Ashley was professional, honest, extremely helpful and above all friendly. We have made the decision to move to Dartford. Thanks again Ashley for a great service.

Overall very good service from Acorn who helped me let my property recently. Andzelika is very helpful, professional, friendly and quick to respond to emails. I decided to switch to Acorn after a bad experience with Purple Bricks. I think Acorn got me more viewings in a week than Purple Bricks got me within a month. When I first met Andzelika she said she thought she'd find tenants within a couple of weeks. I didn't believe it would be that quick but it was - I had loads of viewings and she got me three offers very quickly. Acorn were very good at just dealing with everything for me, taking the stress off of me and making my life easier. They dealt with things quickly and were good at keeping the process moving along, telling me what I needed to do and helping with the process. Overall I would definitely recommend Acorn for lettings. They were cheaper than some of the other alternative agents in Dartford, and have provided a great, friendly and professional service.

Acorn in Dartford is a great agency to deal with, they have helped us to buy our first property and guide us through the process. We were dealing with Laurence Doucet - Senior Sales negotiator and she's been so supportive that I couldn't thank her enough. Such a responsible person and done everything she could to give us updates on the buying process, chase solicitors and nothing was too much for her. Also I have to mention our broker Ed Hall who works in Dartford Acorn too helped us with our mortgage and his experience and professionalism worth the best words too. All the best to all your team and keep doing what you are doing because you do it so well! I would go to them again and recommend to others.

I dealt with Acorn for my property purchase. I must say they are very professional with a very prompt response to everything starting from the offer till the end. She provides a great personal service which is very hard to find these days. We found our perfect house through Acord Dartford Branch and we thought the process will be stressful and complicated, but it proved to be the opposite with this company. From the moment we started discussing about the house until the collection of the keys they were just amazing! They always kept me updated, especially Laurence and Ed Hall from Dartford branch were always just a phone all away and nothing seemed too much to ask. I had the pleasure to buy my first house with just few bumps along the way which in no case was their faults anyway, but even then, they have proved they know what they were doing and they even domes second survey themselves with the sellers on our lenders request! (Who in these days would do that?) As a final note, I just wanted to recommend them with all my heart, as they were just great throughout!
