Utterly bunch of fraudies specialy Rubeena bukareen. Guysbe careful with them when they ask you for money upfront, Dont pay them anything unless yiu been given keys. They took deposit and rent in total of around 5000. Later we found out they collected similar amount of money from other clients aswell. Now chasing them and nobody answering the call. Everytime you call them they says manager is not available and Rubeena is unreachable. We had to get police involved and report to watch Dog who said they want interview us in front of the their office and spread the awareness to other people for carrying financial fraud by taking moneys from number of people same time for one property by assuring them they getting the property. If you have experienced same please share your experience with watch dog. Urmila holder

Would leave zero stars if possible. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this estate agent. They slowed down the sale of my partner's property for over 5 months. We have since been with a new estate agent - who actually is extremely good and thorough and friendly and communicative, and he has managed to sell our flat within 5 days of us handing over the keys to a couple that Acorn told last year not to view our flat because "it won't go through because of its cladding issues", which is a complete lie. Our flat is compliant if they had aimed to obtain the correct paperwork to prove this. They then rung my partner to say that there is no point us selling, it will not sell, and to rent it out.No communication from themselves, and are point blank telling people to not go and view our property? I think it's completely outrageous and I will be telling everyone I know to stay well clear of Acorn.
