Jackie thank you for your tireless, monumental effort finding me and my girlfriend our dream home. You have the patience of a saint dealing as I am sure we were hard work wanting everything to be just perfect. If you were frustrated showing us around the tenth property you didn’t show it and were as enthusiastic and charming as if it was the first . However Dan, the regional manager, was amazing and stepped in to help us get our sale over the line. He was on call for every concern and really helpful. I took my time selecting the right agent for my house sale and invited 4 x valuers, one of those was Daniel Langiano, Acorn's Branch Manager. I chose Acorn because my gut feeling told me they had a great energy about them and attention to detail. I wasn't disappointed. I can honestly say that throughout the process, Daniel and his team, particularly Jonathan Colin, were really professional and supported me all the way to the offer. I like the fact they communicate regularly, even the odd quick call to update me on small details. All queries were answered promptly and at all times of the day and the final completion was smooth and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Acorn to anyone in Dartford looking to buy or sell their property.

Acorn Dartford are one of the best agencies I have dealt with. I came to them after being thoroughly let down by two other big estate agents in my area and wasn't feeling very confident in regards to getting my property sold. Well here we are two weeks down the line from instruction and they have kept their promise and my property has now made it to the sold page. Cannot thank Ronnie, Laurence and Jonathan enough for helping me and assuring me that they would do what they said they would. Overall very good service from Acorn who helped me let my property recently. Andzelika is very helpful, professional, friendly and quick to respond to emails. I decided to switch to Acorn after a bad experience with Purple Bricks. I think Acorn got me more viewings in a week than Purple Bricks got me within a month. When I first met Andzelika she said she thought she'd find tenants within a couple of weeks. I didn't believe it would be that quick but it was - I had loads of viewings and she got me three offers very quickly. Acorn were very good at just dealing with everything for me, taking the stress off of me and making my life easier. They dealt with things quickly and were good at keeping the process moving along, telling me what I needed to do and helping with the process. Overall I would definitely recommend Acorn for lettings. They were cheaper than some of the other alternative agents in Dartford, and have provided a great, friendly and professional service.
