Letting my property was swift and I have had everything taken care of by my property manager. GoogleI had such a great experience with Venture, the staff in the Darlington office are so friendly and yet professional. I was kept updated on a weekly basis and knew that they always had my best interests at heart. I would never use any other estate agents as they made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process for me. They really are a credit to the company.

A commercial approach adopted on the sellers behalf in terms of recommending which offer is the best to accept and then continued communication on the sale progressing through to exchange of contracts. First class use of technology in the business of estate agency and definitely ahead of the game.

GoogleAll good start to finish, everyone very friendly and helpful and I think it was fairly reasonably priced for the service. Have to say though I think they had an easy time as it was a very quick sale with it basically going for what I was asking for in the 1st week, and no hitches or complications, which was great for all parties involved.
