Venture were excellent, from my first enquiry to the call to tell me the sale was completed within 12 weeks of the house going on the market We were kept updated throughout with feedback from every viewing. The app was very useful and I was able to see how many people were viewing the details on Rightmove, house viewings, feedback, offers and the sale progression. This was always followed up with a friendly phone call. Thanks again to the whole team. We will definately use you again in future.

After two previous bad experiences with a local competitor we decided to go with Venture this time and very glad we did, the whole process from the first day of our property valuation to even a few days after completion was excellent, smooth and stress free. Even though we were only selling a property and not purchasing, Venture still treat us as a equally valued customer and all the way through provided brilliant customer service with regular updates and quick responses. Special mention has to go to Kelly Stephenson. A wonderful person who was on hand to help whenever anything was needed no matter how big or small the question was. I recently had the pleasure of working with Venture to sell my home, and I can unequivocally say that this has been the best experience I've ever had with an estate agent. This consistent communication extended throughout the entire process, Venture gave me weekly updates via phone calls, making sure I was never left in the dark. What impressed me the most was their commitment even after the sale was finalised. They liaised continuously with solicitors, ensuring that there were no delays or hiccups. This level of service truly set them apart from other agents I've dealt with in the past. In terms of valuation, Venture estimated my property to be worth over £20,000 more than other estate agents I had contacted.
